Glad I did the warm up glute band workout first. An easier warm up gets things flowing and fires the motivation, so when it gets taxing, I’m already there, and can push it instead of struggling with the mindset. That’s good and no goblet squats! Crushed 🎉.
I have seen so much change in my body. I always feel so much better after these work outs. I have more energy and stronger. I have been encouraging my friends, family and co-workers to join the Sydney squad.
To be honest, today was super hard for me. I’m not the biggest fan of Leg Workouts, but my legs are also my biggest insecurity. So I’m working as hard as I can tho be better and stronger in my legs. Thank you so much Sidney❤

I crushed it!!! I was that person, I wasn't feeling this past month format and I couldn't enjoy my workouts. I stepped away for a few days and realized that I love Sydney, I have been working out with her since 2020, and I just need to give it a try. I went back and did the exercises I skipped and that is how I am her now. Negative space was not working for me. Thank you Sydney for changing my life.

After my son was paralyzed in a violent gun crime, we always use the words "I GET to do this". I was so happy to hear Sydney say it at the end. We DO get to do this workout. We DO have the capability of moving our bodies and getting stronger. For that, I am #grateful!!!! Also, I'm REALLY #grateful that Sydney said we could use a plate instead of Yoga Blocks. I always feel like I'm cheating by using a plate. My metatarsals can't take yoga blocks though. GREAT WORKOUT today. I'm feeling hella strong!!!!!!!!!!

This was a great format I enjoyed the keg and abs combination, I used to just do your boot camps or all over body but now I’m using your daily workout and breaking the muscle groups up I’m definitely feeling stronger mentally also, I still love boot camp but you have definitely changed me to enjoy this type of format one that I used to hate! Thank you for all your motivation and effort to keep us all going! I’m always a week behind so I’m aching from chest and will definitely have dons in the legs tomorrow 😂xx ❤ 44:15

Feeling bloated and uncomfortable made for a tougher workout but I did every exercise and went up in weight each time. It didn't always look good and I had to take multiple breaks but I crushed it! On to the next one.

While some days I may be tired or sore, I give the workout whatever I’ve got and am happy to make it to my cool-down. Also, for the last few decades I’ve consistently worked out 3-4 times per week. With this new summer challenge, I’m blessed to have time to follow the 5 day workout routine.

It's been a rough week for my husband and I on a personal front and today was a make-up workout from yesterday and neither of us were sure we were up for it. But, we went for it and honestly - feel about 10000x better after crushing that workout together. The sweat was cathartic. Thank you Sydney, so much. We needed this today.

I enjoyed every single second of this leg and ab combo. Boy was I dripping in sweat early on. Tomorrow I am going to do a 12km run (jog and walk for me mostly). I haven’t done one in about 7-8 years. The grind doesn’t stop in Ireland! On an international trip with family but made an effort to find the hotel gym and some time in my day to get this one in! The dumbbells are in kg, so that was fun to figure out!

Wow, I am glad I pushed through and just did it even though I wasn't feeling today. I loved the reverse crunches, I surprised myself doing it with weights and surprised myself again with the core burner I didn't stop for a second there. My core is definitely stronger 🤯💪❤

I'm a couple days behind but just crushed this one! I helped a friend move yesterday, and I surprised myself by how much I was able to carry! These workouts have definitely been helping. Thank you Sydney!!
Usually get my workouts in at the end of the day. Very happy I pushed through the fatigued got the work in with a positive attitude 🎉🎉

I feel like I’m so sore literally everywhere from bumping up every time we’ve done this week of workouts! But I made it and I’m glad I did and I know it is only making me stronger!! Thanks Sydney for pushing me every day!

❤STF t2 - 29 I did show up with very little sleep and I crushed it! Reverse crunch with an extra layer of fire (weights) OMG! That was quite interesting!!🎉🎉
The diamond situps were the most challenging but i needed this leg workout.
The grind doesn’t stop in Ireland! On an international trip with family but made an effort to find the hotel gym and some time in my day to get this one in! The dumbbells are in kg, so that was fun to figure out!

Leave it to me sleeping terrible and then doing this work out on the wrong day. Got through it, pushed to 20 lbs and now will do day 27 on day 29. Thank you, Sydney. 😅

Wow that was painfully amazing. I was planning a run but my son wasn't keen on me going today and man this blew negativity away and I pushed had with weights I have. Thank you as always.

Wow, I am glad I pushed through and just did it even though I wasn't feeling today. I loved the reverse crunches, I surprised myself doing it with weights and surprised myself again with the core burner I didn't stop for a second there. My core is definitely stronger 🤯💪❤
