This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you're moving with intensity!
The Exercises:

Crushed it today! I didn't think I could do it but made it one movement at a time.
Y'all... I've fallen off the routine. I haven't worked out consistently in weeks...been so busy with the kids at home. I've gained some weight, ate like crap, feel like crap. Today I start over....with this workout. Day one. I got this. I miss the way I used to feel. It's gonna suck, but it will be worth it. ❤
Never feel guilty. The fact that you have started back tells that you are resilient and determined. Just as Sydney says...stop, breathe and get right back on and that is what you did. ❤
You aren’t alone! I have been consistent but I’ve been too complacent and living in a way that feels yucky. I’m going to do what Sydney told us to do on day 1-- write that stinking letter to myself! Read it at the end of STF- be proud that you are showing up!❤✨

Whaaaat?? This workout made me see how strong I've become and how better conditioned I am! The Burpees were a pleasure!! Wth?? 😂 And my dumbbells were easy today when usually I struggle with 6kg! Yessss!!!❤❤❤❤💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I usually read through the comments before working out so I can mentally prepare for what's coming. I'm glad I did today because I saw that it was going to be brutal. I committed to giving each exercise my all--not worrying about what was still to come--even though I didn't feel like I had a ton in the tank starting this Monday. I choked down a sob when she said cool down. 😆🥵💪

What a workout this was. I can not say thank you enough to Sydney for the amazing job she is doing in training us to be our best selves. I used to be a track star in high school and college, and I loved working out and eating healthy. But after my second child and buying a house, I lost track of who I was and what I enjoyed doing. I found Sydney 5 years ago while working out with another online program. I have to say, my life has forever changed. I have been working out working her since. I am myself again thanks to Sydney and this amazing community that she has created ❤️. While I missed a few workouts here and there, I stayed committed since 💪. Thank you, Sydney, for coming into our homes and being our trainer. Not only are you our personal trainer, but you are also our motivator. Thank you 🎉 we love you ❤. You are simply the best 👌 👍 😍 🥰!

Standing here a sweaty mess! What a fabulous workout for a gloomy rainy Monday! It didn't stop me!! I gave it 100 percent and loved every minute of it! Strength and conditioning are my FAVORITE!!!!!
First of all Sydney I wanted to thank you for putting the timer on the top with the countdown indicator. This way we can see how long we are working and what our rest period is.
Absolutely loved the workout. This was extremely challenging. Did a 30 minutes walking tabata routine followed by your 10 min band stretch. Feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. ❤
I kept having to tell myself for this workout “the time is moving.” That was roughhhhhh! But rewarding. Super sweaty Monday.
What just happened Sydney? This was one of the hardest 45 of my morning. Sweat poured and shaking by the end! Definitely a challenge today. I am off to vacation and will be swimming and walking the rest of this week.
I almost didn't show up. Put it off and really had to force myself to get started. I absolutely LOVED this workout! And I worked harder than I have in a long time. I even went up in weight on a few things. Thank you Sydney!

4 more weeks and I will have reached my nursing goal. I'm so close to obtaining the LPN certification and couldn't be more proud of myself. Staying consistent with these workouts and #sydneyhoudyshell motivation has kept me going. Loved this workout as all workouts here. ❤💪

Gotta say, I was intimidated to start this one. I felt like I didn't give it my all for some parts, but mountain climbers are a lot to ask of me on a Monday. 😅 My burpees started off sloppy and ended great. I'm glad I got to the end. It's such an amazing start to the day!

I get so hyped for the rest of the week when we are blessed with a workout like this on a Monday! O M G!!
