I'm taking this seriously, finally! This morning I was up at 4am with the baby. Got him back to sleep at 5:30 (my workout time). Instead of going back to sleep and being upset that I didn't get to workout, I turned up his sound machine, put in my earbuds, logged onto YT on my phone in the dark and crushed it! Thank you Sydney!
I can't tell if you've cranked up the intensity, or if i'm just getting better at giving 100% effort (which you have helped to cultivate in me btw), but this program is making me feel so strong!!!
I did much better than I thought I would. Didn't even have a chance to look at the clock thru all those ab exercises. Sydney and Dustin at the best. A perfect match for each other ❤

I'm looking forward for the light stage to come back. Just can't do a workout with this dark stage/screen. But of course great workouts as always.❤...and great that you switched the Black dumbells to grey, because the black ones were basically vanishing into the color of the stage and you could hardly see them😅
I seriously did not think I would be able to get through that last set of ab work, my whole body was shaking. I’m grateful for my determination and ability to take these workouts seriously. I’m going to continue trying to hone in my nutrition, it’s pretty well rounded but I would like to cut down for summer and am having difficulties transition back into eating in a deficit. Also, I am so thankful for the white weights, they are so much easier to see against the dark backdrop.
Legs and AB’s, my 2 absolute favorite workout. Thank you Sydney, for giving us all this opportunity to do amazing workouts and look and feel our best. I thought about skipping today's workout because my legs are still so sore from Monday's workout and I don't want to overdo it, but I decided to try it and modify as needed. I'm so glad I did! What a great workout! Thank you!
Holy moly my abs are on fire!!! I totally forgot it was leg day by the end 😅. My core strength has improved massively, I couldn't do slider tucks, but did all 3 rounds both feet today! Thanks Sydney and Dustin for these amazing FREE workouts!! 💪💜

Leg workouts are challenging for me because I have a knee that thinks it needs to get replaced! haha! I don't want a knee replacement, so I am pushing myself through these leg workouts and making some modifications. I know strong quads and hamstrings will strengthen the area around my knee. I was a high school Anatomy teacher and preached that to my student athletes. I can tell each time I do one of Sydney's leg workouts, the less modifying I am doing and the stronger I feel. Thank you Sydney for all of these fabulous workouts. Very grateful!

Taking it serious…. That’s a very hard thing for most of us to do when it comes to health and wellness for ourselves. We often times think we’ll I can miss today because my spouse or children need me more today then I need to workout. The truth is that they need you to be healthy just as much if not more. If you aren’t healthy and emotionally well then you can’t give them the best version of you. Taking it serious! ❤
Really wasn't feeling it today for whatever reason..normally leg day is my favorite, followed by abs so normally I would love this combo.. I'm going to revisit this one Sunday!
I'm taking this seriously! I want to finally accomplish my goal! I've been consistent with my workouts forever, years and years. I've gained strength, thanks to Sydney's programming. I want to finally make those muscles shine, and to do that I need to rein in my treats. I need to figure out what works so I'm not restricted, but I don't eat twice as much as I need. I'm going to do it!
This series seems to be more of what I am looking for in terms of hypertrophy and being able to lift my heavy weights to do so. I'm really enjoying this style of class from you. Probably my favorite series I have tried out so far.
I’m taking it seriously! I can’t remember which workout it was but you talked about setting a date in the future to work towards your goal, and I have done that. About a week and a half from that date and I’ve really dialed in on watching how much I eat. It has helped tremendously!

It's a testament to Sydney that I showed up for this leg workout, my least favorite workout type, and stuck to it through to the abs. Was literally counting down to abs! Loved the abs, and glad I was consistent, showed up and crushed this workout!
That was definitely the pep talk I needed. I am not taking this journey as seriously as I should be. My nutrition is where I am lacking the most. I have been really struggling to find the will to do things lately because of this depression I have been it. I know that in time it will get better I just have to do the dang thing even when I don't want to.

I struggggled to get up this morning and def. tired to talk myself out of it. BUT I got up, got the clothes on, and did the best that I could for today. Gotta just call it good.
Glad I did this. Was ready to just relax and go to bed but decided to get this one done. Feel great! I love leg days and since I’ve been working out with Sydney, I can definitely see my legs toning and feeling stronger! 💪🏾
