0:34 Just look at this "rotund, voluptuous" sandbag! 😆😉

Thanks a lot! This means all the more to me coming from someone who vice versa keeps impressing me. 👍💪
(Did I scroll over a new ten down pr in the shorts feed on my phone? I'm going to check now.)

@creativetraininghacks honestly I still have to fight to lap the 100kg bag I have from a horizontal rowing position on the ground, repping it with that deficit really puts your strength into perspective!

@@thestonecircle Well, I, on the other hand, still have to fight a lot to transfer the 100kg bag onto one shoulder, no matter how high it rides on my chest, whereas yours seems to hop over like a rubber ball 😄So I guess I have a rather flat "strength pyramid": very strong at the bottom, but still weak and/or clumsy at the top.

The start of the lift build up the „starting strength „

Yes, the bottom position is definitely the most beneficial one here.

100 kg is a lot of weight for a row! Upper back sore?

No, for my upper back to get sore, I would have needed to do more than one set of it. But then I wouldn't have been able to do what I am showing in my new video today.
