    It's the greatest thing that you giggled every time you said "squeezing balls"! We are all children at heart, really. It's good for a laugh but also makes sense! I'll pick up a pack of tennis balls soon to give this a shot. My shoulders need TONS more work before I can do strong, stable, beautiful spins.

    Thank you! I loved this. I regularly do some shoulder exercises from one of your other videos and now it's been a while I have noticed a massive difference. Excited to try these new ones!! Also your fan kick video has helped me loads too, I can finally do a decent looking fan kick that looks strong and stable!!

    Super helpful exercises . I was feeling a numb pain from pole dancing in my left shoulder from time to time and it's totally getting better. Thanks for sharing! I wanted to also subscribe to your Vimeo, do you have back flexibility/mobility programs there?

    Thanks so much for this! I have pain in my left shoulder that makes doing any of these painful. Should I push through? I've been torn between rest and carrying on. Any advice very welcome 🙏🏻

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  2 роки тому

      Pain always indicates injury ( if its not muscle soreness) traumatologist or physiotherapist is always the best option to do. So I would probably advice to rest until you know what exactly it is and how to make it heal 😊

      These exercises can help if there isnt a serious injury yet. Some of them You should do them before and some after every workout basically

    I have started working on this regularly but have noticed that with excerice 2, lying external rotation, I can fell the right side working properly. I can feel my shoulder moving on the right side. But my left side, I have much less mobility, and feel pain in my upper bicep area, and no movement in the shoulder. I tried adjusting my body but continued having the same restriction. Any idea what that could be, or what I could do to improve that mobility?

    Is this for shoulder pain from exercises like the chopper and basic inverts? Because it’s been hurting my pole arm shoulder like crazy

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  2 роки тому

      Shoulder pain can be from any move if the necessary engagement isnt there. If you feel do these exercises for a week or two. Also please visit a physio to help you find the fastest way possible to be injury and pain free.

      If it doesn't hurt when you do them then it can help, but it depends what specific injury you have. As long as youŗe not making it worse. Listen what your body says :))
