    Love this video! There is not a lot about injury’s in pole dance, y have constant pain in my wrists and forearms :( also scrape shins ... I would really appreciate some advice. Kisses from mexico! 🇲🇽

    Thanks Anete! I always forget that wrists are very important. Also you mentioned elbow pain connected to shoulder stability. I didn't know that. What can one do to improve shoulder stability so not to get elbow pain?
