I just wanna say how much I appreciate these videos you post. The average person is just not conditioned for pole dance and so many girls get injured because of this. I myself have made little progress over the years because my body is just not ready for the brute strength that’s needed and it’s been frustrating. But it’s made me realize how important off the pole training is to make progress on the pole.
Yes this is absolutely true. A person with no background should start pole gradually, step by step and unfortunately conditioning and off pole training is underrated, thats why I started this channel actually. We all should be more aware of our possibilies and weakneses and work on a lot things seperately to progress without injuries. Thank you, I really appreciate your feedback💜

Hey, do conditioning on spinning pole, pull ups and invert, it a matter of time and consistency. Invert in spin is very difficult at start so you have to be patient. Thank you for your feedback💜🙏
