This is so great, thank you very much! I am wondering where did you get these small resistance bands (which seem to be perfect for shoulders exercices)? It will improve my sessions for sure :)

How I should train if i want to be a professional pole dancer? Im progressing really fast and I want to go to competituons in the future. But I get a littlebit lost when i have to train alone and how to make the best out of my workouts to progress properly. Can you make a video about competitve pole dancing?

Competitive pole dancing means, setting a goal or many smaller goals even better and following them. Even if you’re tired and you sont want to train, even if you feel like you dont need to, you need to.
Start with imaging your first performance, how you’d want it to look like and then make a plan how to learn all that. And follow your plan.♥️

How often should I do this workout? Everyday? Or alternate it with the hip mobility workout?

Hey! No dont do it everyday, 2-3 times a week is allright, listen to your body. Hip mobility also, 2 times a week will bee good. Make sure you recover and mix it all up ☺️💜
