I can do this workout about 70% that is good for me. I have spinal stenosis, and I have very little mobility, and my range of motion is even worse. Thank you for all your wonderful workouts and time you put into helping others feel great again.
Thank you SO much for this standing workout. It got our heart rates going and loved incorporating the weights. We have a bunch of friends who have gotten together to exercise by Zoom ever since the pandemic began--2. 5 years and still going. We exercised to your video this morning and loved it. I like Low impact workouts because it takes more muscle to control the move . Then adding the weights takes it up a notch so you feel it even more!! Great Workout!

Im looking FABULOUS. So ladies in the house, keep going, switch it up, trust me you will be looking good. I can't promote this enough.

Had a couple of tough workouts under my belt this week and was feeling it. Rather than rest for today, I found this and it was a perfect weight free workout that was kind on my shoulders but really made me sweat! I just started getting winded during regular workouts and the next thing I knew, I had sinus congestion and was basically glued to the couch because I had no energy. It ended up going into my ears and I couldn’t hear well or sleep comfortably….nightmare!I wonder if this is some new bug going around? No one else in my family got it, thank goodness, but I was under a lot of stress at the time. I hope your husband has a complete recovery soon and that you and the rest of your family stay healthy!!! 💜💜💪
