I may have done this at least 3 times before we filmed. If you don't get it right away, just keep moving. There are a few burpees, I did the low impact version and I still sweated my butt off. 😅

It was a bit difficult because I couldn't access this via the TV in our hotel room. Hence I had to do it using my cell and my reading specs but I ENJOYED this workout so much. Thank you❤
Yes wiping sweat out of my eyes too! Kickboxing is so total body I love it! Those lace ups kick it up a notch! I bought them after my first workout with you! PS It rains pine needles here to!
That was AWESOME! I never did cardio kickboxing at the gym because I struggled with plantar fasciitis and the side-to-side and bouncing killed my feet. But COVID taught me I can workout at home with you barefoot on the carpet and mat! My feet and ankles are getting so much stronger and I am not afraid of the movements. Thanks so much! I’ll do this one over and over.
I'll do this workout once a week, it reminds me of the one I did at the gym on Saturday, so much fun! I admit that the burpees humbled me 😂 thank you for the quality content here! Love the repeat 💪🏾

This is the first workout of yours that I’ve done, and I loved it. I really appreciate when I find workouts with low impact options because while I’ve lost quite a bit of weight, I still have about 85 pounds to lose, and I can’t always do jumping moves especially jumping jacks. Thank you and I’m looking forward to trying more of your workouts!!!!
I have mentioned before, I usually avoid kickboxing workouts because they involve too much punching and are so boring for me. But your kickboxing sessions are awesome. This is a great add on to weight work. Loved this!!

Another great workout! I am drenched My Fitbit says 30min cardio heart rate 156, calories 350, pulse 115. It’s unbelievably warm in massachusetts as of today 11/7 it is going to reach 74 degrees. Thank you Michelle for another great workout and thank you to your friends as well take care

Lots of exercises/ moves thrown in, transitioning at fast pace. Smoother after a few times... good sweat

5 months in and I finished the burpees like clean, before I was too tired and I still am, but I do the work 💪🏾

Happy you know your body well enough. You can also modify the burpees by putting your hands on a chair then step or jump back to plank.😉🥰
