Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal (100gr).
150 ml of milk.
2 eggs.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of honey.
1 banana.
1 apple.
Bake at 190 C (374 F) for 45 minutes.

Son 7 ingredientes: avena,, leche, huevos, polvos de hornear, platano, miel, manzana. Lo prepare se ve fácil la preparación. Me gustó la forma de cortarlo 💐.

Agradecería conocer marca d los copos(hojuelas) d avena. Los integrales d supermercados contienen harina y no están tan enteros aunqe conste qe son integrales segun dice el envoltorio. Muxas gracias.

The mainly thing is, sugar from whole fruits are digesting and absorbing into the bloodstream at a slow pace than added sugar or refined sugar or regular sugar, call them whatever you want. Refined sugar is processed so only sugar remains.
Whole fruits contain valuable nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, minerals and some more other things that refined sugar do Not.
So sugar in fruits or natural sugar is much healthy than sugar from other sources. Honey in the other hand is an anti- inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial. Contains a lot of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Finally, for me this is a healthy recipe.
