      @SETH ROLLINS Hey man, stop following these 'trainers' who tell you to eat more than 3 meals a day. If you are not on steroids and you don't plan to become a bulky bodybuilder than Arnold or Ronnie, then don't follow these bullshit advices of eating so much.
      You should do periods of intermittent fasting within a year and ideally start eating 1 meal a day Only and don't overtrain ( 3 times weight training per week MAX) Gurumann doesn't know too much about nutrition despite having a degree.
      When you reach such a level of metabolic efficiency that you can function optimally (your daily job and proper training) on 1 meal a day alone, then from time to time, for few days alternately eat 2 or 3 meals per day. Your muscles will get a crazy pump , your fat% will be low and your energy and strength will be over the roof, in a very natural, balanced and low-cost way. A physique like Gurumann can be acheived in a natural way

      @SETH ROLLINS its good that you have experience, but so does many other traditional bodybuilding gymbros.. Everyone can tell you this or that, which worked out well on this or that person they knew.
      But ultimately, the best way is to listen to the latest sciences about nutrition and training. ( Here, Im not talking about Old Nutritional and Training Guidelines - about eating 3 meals a day). New proper Guidelines which includes new research, haven't been made in these fields, yet. But if you are gonna wait for that to come out, its gonna take more than 10 -15 years probably.
      If you are natural, why are you eating so frequently in a day?? This will not allow your body to produce Growth Hormone ( this is the crucial hormone, for producing bulky lean Muscle gains ). unless you are on steroids, and don't want to say it here, then don't bother.

      @SETH ROLLINS Bro, im not trying to force you to do whatever. Its up to you, but i'll just tell you the science behind.
      By fasting, science never says that you should eat less of your daily requirement of protein (1 g of protein per day per 1 Kg of body mass). So, if you weigh 90 kg, you should consume about 90 g of protein per day.
      But now, according to new researches, if you eat these 90g of protein in one single Big meal in a day, and you fast the rest of the day, your metabolism will be very anabolic for muscle growth (along with lipolysis of fat) and help you pack up lean muscle mass very easily. You will gain size quicker and in a healthier way since your mitochondrias are functioning at the highest efficiency.
      If on the other hand, you decide to eat the total 90g of Protein in 5 different meals ( each meal =18 g of protein), this will be very damaging to your metabolism, You won't gain muscle mass easily and you will feel weak, since your hormonal system will be damaged ( your Growth Hormone (GH) levels will be low) and since GH is The main Anabolic hormone in your body, such mistakes might even cause you to lose muscle mass)
      For home workout because of corona, do short and explosive exercises like Desi Sapate in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training Method) since you are thin and a hardgainer. You can do it 3 times a week for 15min/ each time. ( You do 1 min intense Sapate and then 1 minute rest, and keep repeating this till you finish the whole 15 min ) there is no better short full body exercise, than this HIIT sapate for developing fast twitch muscle fibres as well as boosting your cardiovascular strength. Of course you can do other HIIT like sprints, boxing etc... but don't do HIIT more than 3 times a week. it will overwork your heart. on others days where you don't do HIIT, you can do your usual push ups, chin ups, dand, etc to strengthen specific muscle groups.

    Sir,I know that heartbeat slowly recovers after exercise after intense training like playing football for hours,now at night I just focus on my heart rate dropping which shows that time is passing and can't sleep all night

    Sir one problem here.. for some people capsicum at night ll disturb sleep... vitamin A at night is not so good and can interfere with sleep.. I have personally experienced this..
