Air Fryer Dinner Rolls:
- 280 grams all purpose flour (2 cups)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 grams milk ( 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 7 grams dry yeast ( or 1 sachet)
- 45 grams butter ( 3 tbsp)
For the egg wash:
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp milk
For when the buns are done baking:
2-3 tbsp Melted butter

Excellent! BTW, I often intentionally make too much dough, placing half in the fridge then pull off a bit for one roll as needed, or the whole thing for another loaf, etc. I happen to have some dough in the fridge right now, and I think I’ll make a couple rolls in the air fryer. Thanks for suggesting it, because I never thought of it!

Hi Emma, just wanted to say that - your recipes are amazing and I’ve tried your microwave pizza, cookie dough and the Reese’s peanut butter cups. Like they’re soooo delish. The peanut butter cups tasted like the real Reese’s and the cookie dough was amazing. For the pizza, I have no words. IT WAS THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST! My brother and I love it. I made a big pie yesterday for him and me. I also posted a video of that on my channel and if you see it that would be great!! it’s on shorts and I love the bread ! It’s glossy lol 😂 she be shimmering and shining, I wonder if anyone can recall and remember the show “Shimmer and Shine.”
