Naan bread in the Air Fryer in six (6) minutes! Through trialing different recipes and timings I've finally been able to get this perfect. They taste great and are so soft and fluffy, and go perfectly with any of my curries or kebabs or even on their own.
This recipe is cooked in under 6 mins making it more convenient to use an Air Fryer than an ordinary conventional oven.

Ingredients:
500g plain flour
1/4 or 60ml warm water + 250ml warm water more.
30ml oil
30ml warm milk
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon dried active yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt, baking powder and nigella seeds (kaulonji)
4 tablespoons butter
Freshly chopped coriander

How did it get stuck to the top when you placed it in the basket?! You probably did not prick the naan over with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.

Oh my goodness! This is the first time I've made Naan and been happy with it so much I'll be doing this every Sunday! I forgot to prick the first two but it did not affect the taste...puffed up sort of like pocket bread. I'm having a Beyond Meat Spicy Sausage Patty in half of one of the Naan right now.
