Oh my goodness! This is the first time I've made Naan and been happy with it so much I'll be doing this every Sunday! I forgot to prick the first two but it did not affect the taste...puffed up sort of like pocket bread. I'm having a Beyond Meat Spicy Sausage Patty in half of one of the Naan right now. I love your presentation; you taught this 76 year old to make delicious naan!🥰 I'll (edit: be, not bew, lol) checking out your other recipes!

Thanks for the recipe. I have to say Lattifi Inspired does the best Naan which I now use cooked on my new Tawa pan. They are so soft you can roll up your kebabs in them just like the takeaways.

Hello! I saw your video about making naan bread in the air fryer and wanted to try it. But instead of using your recipe for the bread, I used Food Wishes recipe which I'd made two times before but his way of cooking it in super hot cast iron, filled my small house with smoke. I have a Ninja Air Fryer - Air Crisp is how they label it. I cooked it on 390°F, I'm in the USA. 3 minutes on one side, 2 minutes on the other. Mine were also smaller than yours in size by half, and it worked great! Thank you so much for showing me I could cook these in my air fryer. My house was not filled with smoke. Hurray!
Just discovered your channel, great to have a British cook,so we can relate to you as fellow British. I will try but i just dont like the idea of yoghurt hot. Can I leave it out please

I have a very important question . Is the plain flour Maida or it is whole wheat flour ? In India since they do not label it properly it is very hard to distinguish.

How did it get stuck to the top when you placed it in the basket?! You probably did not prick the naan over with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
