I feel refreshed and grounded! I was able to release my need for perfection not only in my practice but my daily life as a stay at home mama with a 2 1/2 year old and 8 month old. I reminded myself that I shouldn’t measure my worth off of my productivity, that it’s more important to listen to my physical and emotional needs than to get my checklist done. Grace and humility are my friends, thank for this timely practice that this mama desperately needed🧡
Feeling so good and happy, loved it I ran cross country orienteering in a beautiful September forest today. Todays practise released the many impressions of nature I had on my run and stretched and relaxed my tired body. When I rolled out my mat, I feared it would be too much, but it wasn’t. Thank you
My husband was killed in a tragic bicycle accident in July. Doing yoga with you and chanting “You are strong. You’ve got this” are helping me get through the grief.
Practicing with Adriene helped me not only get in shape, but completely change the way I speak to myself, and consequently how I speak to my children, husband, friends and others. I believe that is the biggest shift I've noticed in the past 5 years of fairly regular daily practice. Thank you, Adriene, for teaching me kindness and self-love! Namaste!
Same-ywa is one of the big ways I’ve developed/internalized a kinder self-talk tone. Whenever self-criticism comes up, I know I need to get some yoga back in my life!
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how Adriene talks and explains all the poses to us, while doing it herself, without getting breathless, and has been doing so for countless videos? Your yoga tutorials have changed my life Adriene! Thank You sooooo much for existing!!!
I used to wake up every morning at 6:30 to do yoga with Adriene. It was always the highlight of my day. But when I got depressed, I stopped doing yoga, started sleeping in, and completely neglected my emotional and physical health. This was the first video I've done in months, and when she said "if you are wondering if this is the right video for you, it is" I felt like she was talking just to me. Thank you for everything, Adriene!
I found your comment I can resonate with you. I stopped doing or following yoga because of depression and started going back today. Detox and reset cannot happen overnight as this practice teaches. Little by little we'll be fine. We got this
2024 February 4, what a practice! Really powerful, and demanding but worth doing, thank you Adriene and Benji and all the people who practiced today❤️❤️❤️
I fell over in the revolved twist on both sides and hearing, "reset doesn't happen overnight" was a humbling reminder that hitting the pose isn't always the goal.
“I am healthy” was what i said to myself at the end of the practice when you asked us to fill in the blanks. had a very difficult time with chemotherapy this month and many times wished to opt out for the peace and tranquility that death will bring. Woke up this morning and was feeling the physical consequences of not only the chemo but my mental state of being. I decided to finally roll out my mat and try something to break the cycle. This helped. Although i need a lot more work. This helped. Thank you so much love. Sending love and good healthy vibrations to whoever reads this
So much love and prayers to you. We are all rooting for you. I’m thinking of you and sending prayers and positive vibes. I pray you’re doing well. ❤️🙏🏻
I really needed this. Didn't realize how much I needed it till I was sweating halfway through. To someone who is finding her way back to herself again, you are light Adrienne. Thank you.
The power of yoga, my Sunday was turning sour, my mood was darkening, I took to the mat for Admire Day4 and 40 minutes later, with Adriene's soothing guidance, I feel calm and rational again. 🙏
I've been there very recently..it's so hard and uncomfortable, and can feel very lonely. But I've realized that being lost allows you to find yourself again, your most authentic self, which is worth the pain that comes with the journey. As Adriene says, it's a process and it takes time. But please know that you are not alone and it is totally normal to be feeling this way, especially given what's been happening around the world for the last 1.5 years. Sending you so much love, wild patience, and a soft curiosity.
@@maria-theresasanchez3687 you’re absolutely right, I never usually get the lonely feels but something about this creates a distance between myself and everything else that I don’t want to be there. Adriene’s practices have helped me so much on my journey and I try to internalise every bit of wisdom I gain from her and from this wonderful community i.e people like you. thank you for the kindness, truly, I appreciate it endlessly. I hope you’re taking care and speaking sweetly to yourself every day 💗
Feb 2024 Day 4, feeling like I'm glad I powered through this class even thought I woke up feeling creaky and achy. Thank you for including the leg switch hop, it was humbling and I laughed at myself for doubting my capabilities even if i t wasn't perfect.
As a senior yogi who practices with you daily Adriene, I never miss a new adventure with you and this was no exception, truly awesome ! It started low to the ground with favourite moves and I progressed through the sequence mirroring your pace and breathing. The 40 minutes flew by and I made it through, toe taps and all, apart from that final cobra/upward facing dog when I went straight to downward dog. The cool down was perfect and you didn’t mention the nutrients this time Adriene, but I felt them sinking in .... beautiful as you say 😉 I found a deep connection with you and everyone practicing with us, very strong 😃👍 you are amazing, thank you dear Adriene 🙏 see you tomorrow for some fun in the classroom, a quickie, I remember that one 😊 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Admire Day 4. Wasn't sure that can repeat everything but I just let go of all my doubts and opened my heart to the unknown🦋 What a powerful practice! Thank you Adriene❤ Thank you Benji❤️ Thank you everyone❤
I got up extra early to do this longish, new session. "Reset doesn't happen overnight". How true! Thank you, sweet Adriene, for your kindness and generosity and for making me always start the day with a smile 😊🌹
it's so comforting to know that the beautiful attributes we want to welcome into our lives are already within us and so is the ability to release the things that are weighing us down ❤ thank you adrienne for another beautiful practice. your yoga videos have already changed my life and my energy so much and i am so so grateful 😊
I’ve been in a hard place mentally for several months and haven’t practiced any sort of yoga or exercise… thank you for this gentle reminder that I can do this and reset without force or stress! I appreciate you more thank you know!!
This might sound silly, but the YWA monthly playlists are full of old videos and every now and then I find myself thinking “I don’t remember how Adriene is right now, like, what’s her hair like? I’d like to see her face now”… So when a new video comes out it’s a double gift because I get to see your sweet face as it is right now and it’s kinda reassuring and soothing because I feel closer, in a way 💓 If this makes any sense to anyone ahah! Oh and by the way, this video is JUST what I needed today. Thank you Adriene ❤️
February 2024 Admire Day 4 ❤ Near the end with the twists I buckled cos my shins couldn't handle it. But I tried and finished the practice. I feel proud of myself for listening to my body, but also myself. I adjusted where I had to. I ended with "I will finish this months yoga" Baby steps. ❤ Namaste.
We moved house yesterday and it’s so sunny in England so I decided to do this video outside in our lovely new garden. At the end I felt so peaceful, happy and grateful - thank you for guiding me towards that mindset Adriene ❤️ I hope everyone has a lovely week!
I had a period of three or so months during which I could not do yoga. And of course everything suffered, including my posture. Since restarting with Adriene's 30-day journey, I have noticed my posture and strength gradually improving. Thank you Adriene and team!! 🙂💜
Any yoga teacher who stops to draw my attention to the screen so I can see her dog running in his sleep is my instructor for life! 😍 🐾Thanks, Adrienne! I continue to be inspired, rejuvenated and entertained by your practice leadership! 🙏💕
The best and most mind shifting practice of the “detox” ones, it is literally moving me forward when I am in place of regrets, self sabotage and low vibes. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Adriene for allowing the people to change their life from home❤Namaste❤
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Admire Day 4 is internally and externally refreshing. I was surprised I had not participated in this session before. It's possible I skipped it in the past. I have a tendency to skip the longer practices or substitute them. That's something I'm working on. My Kemetic Yoga teacher instructs lengthy 1-2 hour practices. Often, it takes me a while to complete them. It's a true test of patience. I missed Admire Day - 3. However, I have done that class in the past and really enjoyed it. I am so proud I showed up today for a longer session. Now, I'm ready for an evening run. 🏃🏿I whispered the famous line, 'I am strong." I choose, "peace." What did you all whisper and choose? Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤️🦋
I thought I was getting into a more restorative practice when I chose this video, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. When she said “Be fully present in this moment, even if it’s not what you expected to be,” I just smiled and even laughed a little that she was talking to me as she always seems to be. Thanks, Adriene. This was perfect for me today.
Admire💝 - February 2024 Detox and reset🐣 I admire how I strive to always be authentically me. Today was a supper Sunday evening practice to reset my body, mind, heart and soul ahead of another exciting and prosperous week! I released everything that attatched itself to me during the past week, especially that which doesn’t serve my admirably strong and brilliantly beautiful being, in order to enter this new one cleansed and true to myself without any preconceptions, stresses or worries. I’m ready to take each day as it comes with excitement and optimism in my heart as I have detoxified my energetic systems and body and opened them up to all of the precious gifts that the universe is sending my way. Hope everyone has a fantastic week and is continuing to get closer themselves with the loving admiration of a good friend. Love and light to you all on this renewing Sunday🙏✨💓🤗❤️😘 xx
Today is Day 300 in a row of Yoga with Adriene. This has transformed my ability to listen to my body and be a stronger and less reactive support for my family. My wife Lori just finished a year of breast cancer treatment and commented today how much she sees the change. Thanks Adriene!
Admire Day 4 🙏 4/02/2025 I admire my strength & tenacity ❤ Whoa... sounds a bit boastful 😮 Why is it hard to acknowledge good qualities in ourselves when I readily recognize those in you?
In order to open and receive love and compassion from others we must first give it to ourselves. It's a universal law. We've been programmed and conditioned to forget. Imagine what it would like to live in a world where everyone was feeling love, peace, compassion and harmony radiating from our heart energy centers. It's a vibration and we are all here to remember that🙏♥
Posted earlier on FWFG. Wow. At first, I thought I would do half and then the other half after work, as I am in the midst of reading essays and grading. My eyes are tired and as such my body has become tired from the process. But nope! This one was too yummy to stop. I now feel energized. It felt like a bunch of Adriene's shorter practices bound all together with a bow. Thank you Adriene! 💜🙏 Reset day 7. 338 days in a row.
I have practiced 2 full years now. I am stronger. Often during my day, when everything else seems weird. I say to myself, I felt grateful and grounded with Adriene this morning!!! And I deal with all the emotions and weirdness as best I am able. Thanks to you Adriene “I am strong “. God bless you,and Benji. 🙏🏼
I’ve been doing yoga for 3 years now all thanks to Adriene, Benji ofcourse, the team behind YWA and this whole community. It has been a healing and transformative journey that we get to practice with everyone in the world especially that we have the monthly calendars and the wonderful love letters from Adriene to guide us through our home practices. I’m forever grateful! Sending love and light to all! Cheers! ✨😊❤️
Great practice, February sessions following on perfectly for me after January’s 30 day Flow classes. Postures are getting stronger by the day! Thank you Adriene🙏
Well I did it! 😁 I've done three YWA videos today to finish this months practice ROOT . It's been so lovely today, thank you Adriene for always being there and helping me to find what feels good. I did fall during this practice, but I breathed deep and got back up again and finish the video. Well done to everybody else who did ROOT this month you are all amazing! And well done to everyone who is doing YWA you are awesome. Thank you to Adriene and Benji for brightening all our lives. See you tomorrow for more awesome yoga.🧘♀️ Namaste 🙏 💚
Out of the billions of people in history to be alive with right now, I am so grateful that its with you all. Sounds like a new years eve message, but I mean it. Couldn't pick a better time.
@@cherylb787 When she got to the end and said to whisper whatever we were thinking, I was thinking "I love you" and that was the first thing she said! It's funny how connected we can feel to someone we've never met, but I appreciate Adriene so much and there is so much gratitude for the community, too. My daughter does yoga with me sometimes and I think I'll redo this video one evening this week so I can find out what her little message at the end is 🙂
Incredible session! I've been doing Adriene's videos for over 4 years, the last 2.5 years, I have not missed a day! My mental and physical strength has expanded with yoga. This session was well done from start to finish and really showed me how far I've come because I could keep up. This is your calling, Adriene!
Root day 30. April 2023. Lovely end to the month. A full practice that started easy but quickly becomes more challenging. A warm day in the west of Ireland, I certainly felt the heat during this practice.
I have to say by the time we got to the final lifted knee twist at the end, I was full on sobbing. I hadn't realized the tension I had allowed to build up in my body. Re feeling areas that I had neglected. Thank you, Adrienne! For sharing your wisdom and light!
Nourish November, day 27: I have always tried to do a full month and usually fail, but this month something happened. I found the love for myself that I needed. Are my postures the best? No. Am I the most flexible? No. But I am happier. I feel calmer. I am getting stronger every day. I am finding a peace within myself from these daily yoga practices. I am able to find inner peace for a few minutes a day to de stress and shut off my mind. Thank you Adriene for these videos.
Me too! Somethings different this time and I love it! Way to go Cortney, you should feel so proud of yourself! I totally hear you on finding that peace within and getting stronger every day. Here’s to many many more wonderful practices! Namaste 💚🌺
So happy for you, Cortney! Always celebrate those small accomplishments because they will add up. Keep at it. We cannot give up on ourselves. This practice was hard for me but I finished and feel fantastic. Much love 💕 to you ❤️
Over 1000 people were doing this practice with me this morning. I love the sense of community as we come together on the mat. Thank you Adriene for this lovely offering. I feel centered and calm. Great way to start the week! 🐶🧘♀️🕉
Thank you Adriene. I'm still here, daily practicing, every day this year! I'm so grateful for the work you do, giving me (us!) daily practices. A little *does* go a long way... I am strong. (despite not being able to switch legs with any sort of decorum. Humbling, exactly). Have a great day my friend.
I have been doing yoga since the beginning of this year as a new year's resolution. Somehow I stumbled upon the 1 month long 'challenge' of Adrien. It has been 11 months now, the year is coming to an end and with some smaller or greater breaks I was able to keep up and keep practicing. I'm still as stiff as a board, but today I managed to flow through this practice without any problems and feel that I'm strong indeed. There's still a long way to go (like a full crow without a being scared to fall onto my face), but with these videos I can get closer to a better version of me. Whoever is reading this keep up the practice, be gentle with yourself, there are days or even weeks when you miss out, but get back on your feet, put them on the mat and move like you love yourself :)
This has become my favorite 'longer' video, although to be honest, since I like following the calendars, this was only the second time doing this one. The heat slowly comes on, at least it did for me. Quite enjoyable. Nourish day 27. 419 days in a row.
Ive been in a rut recently. It’s been months since i’ve had a regular practice. I work long hours as a server and a bartender and my body felt so tight and weak coming back to this. I struggled through this practice, trying not to think about the strength I’ve lost and how different my body feels (and looks probably). Thank you, Adrienne. I am just telling myself I’m worthy of putting in this work for myself and that it will feel better as I keep going. ❤️
29th of september is one really special day. A woman towards whom I have mad respect was born. Thank you Adriene for helping me to recover from many health based disorders. I owe my whole life to you and Benji
Dear Adriene, you know, having you in my life fills me with thanksgiving and gratitude that you are ALWAYS there! Thank youuu wholeheartedly for your support and for all that you do for everyone from all over the world! You're my lifesaver! Thanks a bunch, Adriene & Benji 💜🌠
I had an interesting experience at the end of this morning's class. My yoga mat is in front of some south facing windows; the sun was pouring in and I was feeling so calm, so warm, so comfortable in my body after a sick day on the couch yesterday, when for a flash of an instant, I heard Adriene's voice & felt as if she was in the room with me. It was strange and nice at the same time! When Adriene closed the practice inviting us to say what we felt I heard myself say, I love you and then namaste; and it occurred to me what a lovely that concept that is..."the light in me honors the light in you". The idea of honoring the light of the people around us is not a message we hear often enough. Thank you, for giving of yourself so beautifully and generously, Adriene, I am so grateful.
Greetings all from UK. Still getting to the mat 9 months on and this practice sums it all up. Thanks Adriene for helping me connect to myself and thousands practicing this at the same time. That's a powerful get together!
I am working to detox from weaning off of numerous pharmaceuticals. I am also in recovery for drug and alcohol addiction, numerous mental health challenges and epilepsy(I have started to have seizures again as I'm coming off of my last seizure medication. Thank you Adriene so much for your classes! They are such a precious resource for so many of us!
Adriene I really do fully and truly love you!!! Im coming up on a year of doing yoga and since I've found your wonderful channel, I don't go anywhere else. You have changed the way i look at and talk to myself. You have helped me shape my body and lose weight that felt impossible to lose!!! I am down to 238 from 285!! Yoga is the highlight of my day and I rarely miss a session. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and say I do love you friend so much!!! You have changed my life in so many ways and i am forever grateful for you Adriene!!!
I've added this practice to my Sunday routine to really fill out the idea of having a "Sunday reset" to help detox the previous week, and prepare for the week ahead. Mentally, this practice gives me a lot of help with that. I'll be honest that physically, it's challenging for me. I love what Adriene says in this video, that resets don't happen overnight, and I'm taking that to heart. I look forward to coming back every week and seeing where I've improved/strengthened, and where I still have space to grow. I also appreciate that it's longer, so I can really feel like I'm carving out a good chunk of intentional time for myself. Despite feeling pretty down on myself and in the midst of a lot of negative emotions today, I found myself craving a physical outlet that would push my body. Sometimes, that's definitely not the case, but I'm glad that it was today. Thank you, Adriene (and if you want to drop another practice like this soon, I'd be heartily looking forward to it!)
I’ve done this session a couple of times - but had forgotten how utterly complete the flow has left me feeling. I feel like this is one of the finest classes @yogawithadriene has led. Wishing everyone EVERYONE love peace happiness and good health. ❤️
I've gone through many many dark nights of the soul and seem to be in one again. With so much uncertainty and insanity, tuning into your yoga Adriene is a place I get to be in some peace and quietude to discover more of who I really Am. I always read the comments afterwards and I feel the same as the rest of the gang here about the life changes that have come since I've discovered your beautiful soul yoga videos. Thank you yet again sweet angel.
I have been recovering from a slipped L4 L5 disc in my back which has been impacting my life for the past 12 weeks or so. I attempted this practice today, and while I couldn't do every move, I got through it. The relief and pride I felt in myself is something I haven't experienced in a while, I actually teared up a little because even a month ago there would have been no chance I would have tried. Thank you!!
talk about letting it all go!!! as soon as I finished this practice the skies opened up with the most awesome and powerful thunderstorm. how serendipitous. thank you adriene!!
I'm having a really rough time lately, having had very hard medical news for both me and my brother simultaneously a little less than a year ago. I hadn't done yoga or even exercised much at all in a long time already, and then was hit with this depression. I found myself crying going through this video. It felt so loving and supportive. To me it this practice was like offering both forgiveness and an olive branch to myself. Thank you, Adrienne
Adrian really is my favorite yoga teacher, coach. I have issues with vision on my right side after an aneurysm, and her clear instructions are so easy to follow when I cannot always look at the screen. It allows me to continue with yoga despite the challenges I have. Thank you and Namaste. 💕💕💕
It struck me today how well put together these videos are; the music at the end just fits perfectly too. Then there's the actual yoga and our wonderful Adriene. What's not to like?!
Adriene, I wanted to take the time today to send you the deepest and warmest of gratitudes I possibly could today. I am so very grateful for you, yoga and that you post your videos; you bring light to all the dark in my life. I feel so energized and lifted with all your practices. I am a Mental Health Counsellor and a commitment to self care is an absolute must with my practice so I just wanted you to know that your practice gives me strength to keep going and keep practicing with love and humility in my heart. You are beautiful inside and out, thank you as everyone I work with thanks you as well. The ripple effect is real. Take care of yourself Adriene, with love and respect - Lovanda Beliveau
Felt like I was literally doing yoga for the first time. The chills I got at the end. It's incredible what we all an do by sharing our practice together 🙏
ROOT 🌳 | April 30, 2023 | After a long travel day with 3 flights and being awake going on 18 hours, I didn't love the idea of a 40 minute practice. BUT this is such a great one, it has the detoxing twists I needed, the gentle stretching my body craved, and yes, even the strengthening poses to get my circulation going. So it was really the perfect practice, and now I'm sure I'll sleep really good! 🙏
Hello! I saw your comment on yesterdays video, and mentally wished you luck on your travels. I'm glad to hear this practice went well for you! Namaste.
This is the longest at-home session I've done, and it's exactly what I needed today. I'm miserable in my work but your videos help remind me that what I dream of is possible and fire me up to moce toward it, no matter how scared of failing I may be. Thank you, Adriene ❤
glad to revisit this practice :) def detox n reset - and something I need (shift / reset/ reboot) spark of joy (admire at own progress) as those side hands to heart poses were different (felt different) in a good way (yahoo!) so yay! Namaste to all practising and May all find ease w detox
Hey!! I’m a trans man who has been following these videos for almost 3 years now. Because of mental health reasons I did not manage to do yoga over the last few months. I used to Love this exact practice, I did it many times in the past. I started Testosterone HRT 8 months ago. When I used to do this practice before T, I never used to sweat. Now, my Goodness, DID I SWEAT. Any other trans yogis who have noticed this difference?? T makes you sweat more during yoga? Or just me?😅 Anyway, whoever is reading this, have a great day!! You are doing amazing, it’s all worth it❤
It was probably intentional, but thank you for scheduling this full length class on a weekend. If it was during the work week, I'm sure I would have shuffled to a shorter video and missed this good workout on Day 34 (hello fellow Flow yogis).
I was practicising with you for 5 years, then I switched other people s yoga videos for last 3-4 months, I do not remember the reason. Now I am back and I am thinking why I lost the time with others. You are the greatest guide, thank you
Today was hard. Closing lots of old cycles. All the stored trauma pops up and manifests in the body - for the last time, for I am releasing it tonight. I was shaking during this practice, I was losing balance, my head was getting bit heavy, but I did it. And I feel so strong and courageous. Adriene, all the blessing to you, and each person joining this session
That was great. My first 40 minute class for quite some time. Lots of shaking and challenging moves, but I found my appropriate edge 😄. Feeling calm and strong. 🙏
Fantastic practice! The chair twists and kicking the leg back really tested me, but the shake/strength felt amazing. Each day I get stronger and stronger from these practices and that includes my mental, emotional, spiritual self. Find time to do this little ditty as Adriene calls it. You won't regret challenging yourself!
I just started doing yoga at home to help after a series of major injuries. I did have to do some moves slower or slightly modified. At the end of this I actually trauma released! I cried for 5 minutes! Then I just felt lifted and energized. I will be sharing this one.
Admire day 4 🎉 loved this full session, though I did have to take a break as its been awhile since I've done a longer session. Thank you, Adriene. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏
Thank you Adrian and Benji. After almost a year of not much practice, heaviness, and trying to stay positive today i needed this detox, not just the body but my mind feels refreshed. I love recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you thank you thank you. :-)
Sweat! I was scared to do 40 minutes, put it off for 2 days and did the shorter ones on the list. Today I put the time aside and thought about it all day - this was challenging and I'm amazed at how much it heated up my body. It's amazing how important yoga is as part of fitness, getting all the muscles strong, helping inform other workouts and exercise. Thank you again.
It’s Monday and I’m here to show up for myself again. I choose to take care of myself and this body so that I can contribute with good things in this world. Wishing everyone a good practice 🧡
I had to come out of chair pose a bit at the end there. I felt kinda bad about it, but I also realized that my self talk has gotten sooo much better than it used to be. A few months ago and I probably would've called myself weak and pathetic until I cried. I have a ways to go but I've made a lot of progress. Yoga's a great practice for so many things 💜
Thank you for your yoga practices. They have helped me so much despite some major health issues that make exercising difficult. They are soothing, gentle yet strengthening. Best yoga I have ever experienced. 💗
I haven't worked out, let alone done any yoga for months and decided today that I'll start my journey with Adrienne and you guys 👏❤️ reading through these comments and seeing that there are a lot of other people who have had long breaks from yoga gives me so much motivation! I have to write this promise here so that I am reminded of the promise of starting anew and staying with yoga ideally daily from now on ❤ haven't felt this good in a long time 🤧
8 weeks straight of yoga and I can't believe the strength and flexibility I've gained. Today felt so great and I was able to really challenge myself and push my boundaries!
Hey Anna thats great. Can I ask did you start with one of her series or just did any random videos? I’ve been wanting to get healthier mentally and been thinking about doing yoga every single day but I’m just worried about losing strength by giving up weight lifting. Has doing yoga every day really build your strength up?
@@angems083 yes, I started with the most recent 30 day challenge, then moved on to the august and September calendars. They have rest days built in, so you can do everyday without burning out. Yoga is great for strength training because each pose can be taken as far (or as easy) as you need. There are always modifications to increase strength. I feel though, that if you’re looking for bulk, yoga probably won’t do that. ❤️
@@acdmerritt thanks Anna. I’m not looking for bulk just looking to keep strength. Need to work on mental health more than anything right now and yoga is great for that. I do yoga at least once a week but wanted to do a everyday program but wasn’t sure if i would be losing strength. Thanks again!!
How are you feeling after today's full class?
Where is there an opportunity for release in your practice or in your daily life?
Do you think Tattoo is a good name for a bulldog?
I've just started your 30 day yoga. Love from Yorkshire England!
Feeling so good and happy, loved it
I ran cross country orienteering in a beautiful September forest today. Todays practise released the many impressions of nature I had on my run and stretched and relaxed my tired body. When I rolled out my mat, I feared it would be too much, but it wasn’t. Thank you
Feeling wonderful! ✌️
My husband was killed in a tragic bicycle accident in July. Doing yoga with you and chanting “You are strong. You’ve got this” are helping me get through the grief.

Sending love to you x
❤ bless you lovely! So sorry for your loss! I hope you are ok amd cherishing the loving memories you had with your husband ❤
I'm so so sorry. Also, I'm very proud of you for showing up for yourself. You are strong!

I feel the same. Indeed I learn more and more about selflove with every new practice.
I find her words coming out in my sessions as a therapist! I love sharing her videos and her “voice.”
Amazing we find when we look inside.
I love hearing comments like this. I feel the same way. Her and witchcraft have opened up my eyes and soul for the better 💜🤍🖤

I think of this every day!
I was just thinking about this yesterday and about how greatful I am for her classes.
God bless you Adrienne
What floors me is how she does everything without farting or yawning!
Exactly the same for me. Thank you for writing this!
I started feeling emotional during this practice 🥹
I'm so glad you're on your way back. Sending you love and compassion. 🫂
I found your comment I can resonate with you. I stopped doing or following yoga because of depression and started going back today. Detox and reset cannot happen overnight as this practice teaches. Little by little we'll be fine. We got this
I feel this! Life gets crazy 😅
I fell over too. Both sides! But instead of getting frustrated, I laughed a bit and tried again. I knew I wasn't alone. xx
I couldn’t do it either. Hopefully one of these days I’ll get there.
I am feeling the humility, laughing and trying to breathe deeply. Feeling the support of my yoga mat and this community.
I did too! Try, try again :-)
I tumbled as well 🙃
“I am healthy” was what i said to myself at the end of the practice when you asked us to fill in the blanks. had a very difficult time with chemotherapy this month and many times wished to opt out for the peace and tranquility that death will bring. Woke up this morning and was feeling the physical consequences of not only the chemo but my mental state of being. I decided to finally roll out my mat and try something to break the cycle. This helped. Although i need a lot more work. This helped. Thank you so much love. Sending love and good healthy vibrations to whoever reads this
How are you doing now? I hope the chemotherapy helped you. Sending hugs!
Sending that love right back to you x

Her videos really make you feel like she's talking directly to you^^ thats why she's my favorite

Detox and reset🐣
I admire how I strive to always be authentically me.

Whoa... sounds a bit boastful 😮
Why is it hard to acknowledge good qualities in ourselves when I readily recognize those in you?
In order to open and receive love and compassion from others we must first give it to ourselves. It's a universal law.
We've been programmed and conditioned to forget.
Imagine what it would like to live in a world where everyone was feeling love, peace, compassion and harmony radiating from our heart energy centers. It's a vibration and we are all here to remember that🙏♥

Namaste 💚🌺

It was probably intentional, but thank you for scheduling this full length class on a weekend. If it was during the work week, I'm sure I would have shuffled to a shorter video and missed this good workout on Day 34 (hello fellow Flow yogis).

I have to write this promise here so that I am reminded of the promise of starting anew and staying with yoga ideally daily from now on ❤ haven't felt this good in a long time 🤧
It’s the day after hosting Thanksgiving. Too much food and drink and lots of family joy. This was the perfect way to reset. ❤️❤️❤️
8 weeks straight of yoga and I can't believe the strength and flexibility I've gained. Today felt so great and I was able to really challenge myself and push my boundaries!
hey
Hey Anna thats great. Can I ask did you start with one of her series or just did any random videos? I’ve been wanting to get healthier mentally and been thinking about doing yoga every single day but I’m just worried about losing strength by giving up weight lifting. Has doing yoga every day really build your strength up?
@@angems083 hey whats up
@@angems083 yes, I started with the most recent 30 day challenge, then moved on to the august and September calendars.
It's like a moving meditation that can leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
