Of course. I play these for my dog also. She has been having some medical issue's and when she starts having episodes, I lay with her and play these. Sometimes, it's all that will calm her down. Best of luck with your little guy.
Continue to pamper Mr Pitt all the way to the end. My Shih Tzu took 3 years to pass but I truly enjoyed the last 3 years. Listening to him snore, wagging his tail when he'd wake up. A grassy walk on a sunny day. He never complained. 16 years was long enough.
That’s beautiful how amazing people come into your life when needed almost like Devine assistance and guidance and they never truly know how many of us they help and heal ❤️💡😇
I thought I could only listen to the sound of Thomas, however the sound of Simon’s voice will do nicely. Thank you Get Sleepy, u help many people, thank you❤
I could listen to this video while I am busy. Not for sleep. This guy does not have a “Get Sleepy” soothing voice like your Thomas. It was nice but he read aloud and fast. You read with a purpose to make sure the person listening falls asleep. Almost hypnotic. Thanks anyway I listen while I painted.
I really REALLY enjoy Thomas’s get sleepy. His intro makes me sleepy like so fast. I like when he reads the best. I’ve been using this for about a month and a half and yeah it just really helps me focus on getting to sleep
Simon, you have a perfectly lovely voice for telling stories, I listened to this while finishing up chores before bed. Not terribly relaxing,, your voice has an exciting quality and I can even hear you smile. But, I got to hear the whole story.
Very GOOD story telling voice! Relaxing, maybe not sleepy time narration but there are different agendas for story telling. Some are for sleep and some are just for relaxing. GREAT JOB!
Great idea! Wouldn't mind listening to a few more of Shakespeare's plays/adaptations. But not the famous the ones like Romeo and Juliet. We all know what happens in that one 🙃.
Enjoy this Midsummer Night, June 19th, 2024! The Magical Eve of The Summer Solstice! 🕊❤🌅📯🌃👸🏼🤴🏼💃🏻🕺🏻🎶👰🏼🤵🏼💍🫏🧚🏼♂️🧚♀️🪭🌷🪻⚘️🌼🌻🌺🪷🌹💮🌸🧝♂️🧝🏼♀️🧙♀️🧙♂️🔮🧿🎩🪄🥂🌌🌄🏞💫💜🙏🏼
I liked the story. I like Simon's voice, and it's great for storytelling! A bit fast and loud at first, I'm so used to Thomas's voice. I adjusted to Simon's just fine. I fell asleep! The rain sounds were great! I'm still getting used to the zone sounds in the background. i wish i could control the volume on those. Thank you for a new voice i can fall asleep to! More stories!!
Beautiful voice, love the rain sounds too. This telling works nicely as a synopsis of the story but unfortunately it removes all the beauty and humour from Shakespeare's work 😕
The narrator doesn't sound extremely excited or too fast at all. I thought he read perfectly. I couldn't possibly listen to a story told as slow and soothing as the first narrator. The video would be 10 hours long!
🥺🥺🥺 While I love this man's voice... I can't listen to the story, as he reads too fast. So... I shall listen to a different story for tonight. I hope everyone has a blessed weekend ❣️❣️
Thank you so much ❤ and the same to you too. I agree with you about this man's voice. While it's very lovely and a voice quite well known for narrating. I have to admit to only wanting to listen to Thomas narrate. Different reasons but we're both missing out on some wonderful stories at times. But then you can't help what you like, or don't like can you. All the best to you ~
@@jessikatkins1173 😊😊 Agreed! Yes, for me, when they talk fast like that.. it causes me to feel anxious.. like I can't catch my breath.. lol Silly I know, but that's just how it is. You know who I would LOVE to like "Guest Narrate" these stories?!? Sir David Attenborough ❣️❣️ OMGOODNESS! It would be LOVELY! Have a blessed weekend ❣️
😢@elaineedgar2937. Same here. This excludes me from a lot of otherwise wonderful videos as many of them depend on the sound of rainfall. I could suggest any other outside sounds, such as forests sounds, birds or the winds through the trees. Anyway we know for sure that we're not alone. Otherwise I enjoy being told he's wonderful classics in this manor. I'd like to hear the Princes tale from the Canterbury tales😊
*Thank you, Thomas. I love this Shakespeare's story, but Simon reads it too fast for the purpose of this channel. I'm reproducing it at the speed 0.75, but then the background sound is too noisy. I give up. I'll find another video.*
Thank you very much for this presentation. Appreciated learning the affirming prayer for happiness, health, safety, and peace.. but unfortunately I lost peace at the worshipful expression while saying goddess 'of Athena', and then, listening onwards, the man whose trousers were pulled up to his knees ( 😅 I think you meant his trouser legs were rolled up to his knees. ). 🎉
I'm sorry but this voice was not relaxing at all. He was loud and he spoke too fast. I thought you guys were about becoming relaxed and sleepy, not attending a lecture at Oxford.
I confirm that Simon is not a professor at Oxford, but he's one of our most appreciated narrators by the Get Sleepy audience :) Feel free to check other narrators on our channel
You can go to a story read by Tom and click on the "more" scroll down to the bottom and it will show you all those read by Thomas Jones. You can do the same with Simon or the others.
I'm playing this for my sick, old pup... he sleeps so well to these stories ❤ prays for mr. Pit ❤
🙏❤️⚘️🐾Prayers for your pit. Our dogs are family!!
🙏 prayers for your baby. ❤
@@briiakarii thank you so very much!!! He may be old but he's still my lil man ♥

Thank you for this adaptation. Please can we have more of these Shakespearean comedies. Relaxing and educational at the same time.
More to come!
The only video I've found that helps both my anxiety and depression at night. This video makes me feel blessed. Thank you so much.
I know. 💜
Same. /. Same. 😘
That’s wonderful to hear
You are blessed beloved. ❤️
That’s beautiful how amazing people come into your life when needed almost like Devine assistance and guidance and they never truly know how many of us they help and heal ❤️💡😇
Absolutely love this all of it Tomas Simon Shakespeare the story
All of it
My favorite all time go to❤
I always choose the stories with the rain sounds. I love how they continue to play after the story has ended.
I like how you explore a variety of genres and themes in your stories. It keeps things fresh and exciting
Yea
I thought I could only listen to the sound of Thomas, however the sound of Simon’s voice will do nicely. Thank you Get Sleepy, u help many people, thank you❤
Prayers for you and your sweet pup.

Love the sound of the rain and soft music , It’s very relaxing 🪷
I'm glad you like it
I wish all stories ended with the rain & music ❤
A beautiful, humorous story, wonderfully read. Thank you!

My favorite Shakespeare, read by Simon's amazing voice, with a lovely start off by Thomas, so very delightful! Thank You!
The story is amazing
Very GOOD story telling voice! Relaxing, maybe not sleepy time narration but there are different agendas for story telling. Some are for sleep and some are just for relaxing.
GREAT JOB!
I looooooved it!!! More Shakespeare!!!! And I love the animated pictures in the background they are so captivating. this is my fav channel
Great idea! Wouldn't mind listening to a few more of Shakespeare's plays/adaptations. But not the famous the ones like Romeo and Juliet. We all know what happens in that one 🙃.
Yes, more adaptations, please! You just got a new subscriber!
@RSZ229
No. No more Shakespeare
Love Simon's voice. Thank you Simon
Thank you for these awesome podcasts ❤
Sleep peaceful sleep how wonderful to sleep to the meditation. Thank you
i feel blessed to have woken up to this vid playing

It's probably morning where you are. Good luck with your labor. Remember to breathe. When Noa arrives, it will be a great moment to remember.
I like Simons voice :)
Macbeth would be a superb choice 🤓 love this too! , thanks Gov’na 🙏
Thank you! This helps me very much with going to sleep and staying asleep!
Ooh, I love Simon! He has a great voice ☺️
Just in time. Thank you Tom 💤🤗
I fell asleep. Mission accomplished.
The second voices speak very fast, so it means to wake up the listener , not feeling sleepy. The first voice is very nice and feeling comfortable. 😮
More retelling stories please!! Love the background noises❤
That’s so sweet.
Different from Thomas but enjoyable I liked this one while I was doing housework and cooking thanks Simon and also relaxing on the afternoon 😀🦘
I liked the story. I like Simon's voice, and it's

Love Midsummer Nights Dream by Shakespeare!!! Woody Allen made a movie in an off way of it too that I loved.
Perfect for this evening, thank you Tom
Thank you😊
Just lovely!!! Great voice, and soothing back ground rain sound!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's a good video to sleep! I think I can sleep well because my voice is so nice! Thank you
Thank you for your help to Get Sleepy with the upload. And very soothing in my stressful life 🎉
Awwwww puc 🥰🥰🥰
Best one yet!
I was in this in 5th grade, I played puck :)
I did to!
That was amazing! Thank you!
love my witchy Sis! 🐈⬛🌙🎃
❤❤❤ thanks again 😇👍😁
So calming and so perfect. Thank you. 👍❤
Your voice is so soothing and gentle. It’s perfect to go to sleep with. Simons voice is not. I cannot sleep with his voice in my ear☹️
Beautiful, I had a lovely sleep! 👏 Thank you so much! ❤
You're welcome 😊
Good night and good luck.
This is my second favorite version of this. My favorite is the Beatles version
He reads too fast. I prefer Thomas’s cadence, but I like Simon.
So beautiful 😊👍
Thank you!
Best ASMR channel ❤
I don’t recall which one I don’t recall listening to before sleeping now
Thank you 💟
Beautiful voice, love the rain sounds too. This telling works nicely as a synopsis of the story but unfortunately it removes all the beauty and humour from Shakespeare's work 😕
Very cool video ❤Thanks
Well it worked for me, thank you 😊
You're welcome!
The narrator doesn't sound extremely excited or too fast at all. I thought he read perfectly. I couldn't possibly listen to a story told as slow and soothing as the first narrator. The video would be 10 hours long!
I have to play at 1.25 speed, great story and great reading
Love you
I wonder if they will find out who started the fire, and will the culprits be linked back to RP?
I like your channel, seems there must be some way to eliminate ads, just woke me up blaring loud …blowout my ear drum😢!!!
Have you disabled auto play in the UA-cam settings. This has helped me .
It makes me feel bad for the narrator to read that people didn’t like this one. I thought it was so nice!
I loved it too! We all have different tastes, which is why they have so many narrators. I really love Simon's voice.
🥺🥺🥺
While I love this man's voice...

Very helpful ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Hi
😴👍
Can the fireplace noise have crackling that is softer? Believe or not my mind wonders what it is or why there is rain outside and then I wake up!
❤
I really enjoyed this, but it took a bit of time for the narration to find the rhythm
Too much rain sounds. I’m an elderly lady and you can guess why l have to leave this recording!!!
😢@elaineedgar2937. Same here. This excludes me from a lot of otherwise wonderful videos as many of them depend on the sound of rainfall. To fast. Simon slow down, to exciting . Can't fall asleep with this tonight.

I like your voice Simon, but please read and speak slower in your stories.
Just seems like more and more staling before the story these past few weeks
I'm sorry but this voice was not relaxing at all. He was loud and he spoke too fast. I thought you guys were about becoming relaxed and sleepy, not attending a lecture at Oxford.

The story telling voice is too fast and excited. Very hard to relax.
Your romantic sensibilities have run amuck .
This one is not sleepy
It’s lovely 💕
Can y'all please start putting the name of the reader in the title? I hate clicking just to find out it's the reader who's voice irks me.
You can go to a story read by Tom and click on the "more" scroll down to the bottom and it will show you all those read by Thomas Jones. You can do the same with Simon or the others.
Talking too fast and couldn’t relax- sorry
VOICE NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE SOFTER!!!!!!!!
Nope, way too interesting! Can't sleep with Shakespeare 🤣
Could’ve did without the history lesson .
*done
I love Get Sleepy.
But the sound of frying bacon (aka rain) is not very relaxing 😂
Don't like this voice...Thomas is awesome and I think her name is Ruth???? Is not bad. This guy is not soothing
☝️ "Promo sm"
Doesnt help
It's mid summer
Time to dream
