Build day 10🎉 I looked at the time of this video and thought oh no, it's long, but then I thought I've got this, so to anyone who is looking at the video and thinking it's too long, I can't do this, you can, you've got this, if you need to take breaks or modify it to get to the end do it, do what you need to do, as this is such a good practice. Also, I didn't realise, but today's practice marks 101 days of straight yoga for me, my biggest streak last year was 52 days towards the end of the year. This is the longest I have kept up to coming to my mat daily, even at times when I thought I wasn't going to fit a practice in, I made myself show up and I'm so happy I did. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice and for making it an easy choice to show up on my mat every day. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Today marks 6 months of every day yoga. I started with the Senior practice and could barely do it. I kept up today except for that last long plank. But, I feel so happy at age 66, that I am so much stronger than I was at 65. Thank you YWA and all who show up. Cheers to us.
That was so kind, and replenishing. What a brilliant yoga practice, thank you so much Adriene. I normally struggle with longer yoga practices, but I didn't today. Today's yoga was just the right length of time, with just the right yoga poses to replenish me. I had a hard day yesterday, not feeling right in myself, and everything going wrong. So I am pleased to wash away yesterday, and start a new with this gorgeous practice. Thank you so very much Adriene, and this whole yoga community, you are all awesome. At 23:00 I had to stop following the video and chill in extended child's pose instead. I think I am developing a cold so I am trying not to beat myself up over being unable to finish this practise and to celebrate listening to my body instead. I've been finding that my mind wanders whilst in shavasana lately - high anxiety means any moment of stillness my brain instantly goes into overdrive... But today I caught myself mid-thought spiral, and brought myself back to my breath, just in time to hear Adriene closing the practise with her wise words - mini victory for me today
yes challenging to keep the mind from wandering...victory for sure. Thankfully we all have this practice and are able to raise the vibrations of this world.
I”ve been experiencing that in the last week and a half or so of quarantine. It’s an odd phenomenon that the busier I am the more I can quiet my mind during yoga but when I have ll the time in the world I end up thinking about my family, neighbors, the world during savasana!
I thought this practice was going to be too long for me, but I got into it enjoing it and it helped me to keep my mind away from negative thoughts. Thank you Adriene and all the YWA community!

Really, what would my mornings be without yoga with Adriene? Thanks for putting out such a great series of practices. I appreciate the monthly playlist because I meet new sessions and stay fresh, and don't waste time deciding what to do.
Had a pretty rough morning today and wasn't feeling the best about myself and my body (adolescence has its interesting ways of interrupting my daily mood) and these 36 minutes really rebirthed me. It amazes me how much yoga manages to sink deeper and deeper into my consciousness with every practice. A few years ago it meant nothing but (and excuse my language) half-assed movement, but as I matured so did my approach to this art. I still have a long way ahead of me, but I am so glad to see how attached I am getting to something that I used to not understand. It gives me a sense of belief that yoga is something that grows with me, not a habit, duty, or task. And oh, how lovely it is to look forward to something that helps your body and mind grow healthier and stronger! Hope everyone had an amazing practice!! And to all my April renew friends, we got his!
This one was bomb. The regular conversation mixed with instruction made for a perfect pace. To a really good song the warrior sequence could be a dance. The lay quiet time at the end was well earned. Respect to 2u back 🤸🩰🚣🌻
Every time Adriene tells us to focus on the full body experience (which is often), I always think of the scene in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when they are searching for the perfect tree. Ellen tells Clark that their daughter is frozen, and he says, "it's all part of the experience." Makes me chuckle to myself. Thank you for keeping it light!

I can't believe that I just did a 36 minute practice right after waking up! This is new to me, as I usually procrastinate this longer practices. But I'm so proud of myself for not letting this for later and consequently not doing it because I'm tired 😂 And it went by so quickly! It was indeed very refreshing. Now I'm ready to work out a little bit and the get to work 💪 Refresh day 22, day 31 for me 💯💕
I'm back! Trying to get back to self care. Had no where to put a yoga mat for a while, then said when I moved i was gonna get back into it. a year passed and still didn't get back into it. Now i'm back on my medication and have been trying to crawl out of a dark dark place in head and heart. I've just been randomly grabbing your videos based on what feels good, I have to take it slow, i'm so weak now. My degenerative disc disease, hip issues and sciatica cause a lot of trouble for me so after 3 days straight i took 1 day off... forced myself to do another session on day 5, took day 6 off (no meds that day, no motivation) Here I am day on day 7.. I did 5 yoga sessions in a week after not doing yoga in 2 years almost. I'm proud of that.
Today is Monday , April 10th. , my mother's birthday. I also wanted to remind you that I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver and I use your practices to help me cope. I'm very lonely, so see Benji really helps asi love animals and he's such a sweetie. Well , fortunately I found the time and strength to make it through this practice and for that I am grateful. I invited my mother for this morning practice as we both need more self love and self respect.(my mother never practiced yoga before) It was very nice, relaxing and in the end we truly felt connected to the Energy and Mother Earth. Yes! A million times YES! Loved every minute and second of this practice. I was glowing and floating and feeling not just moving. I started so slow probably slower than I ever have because I was already really sore from other workouts. I was really able to connect with my body like I never have before because I chose to slow down and feel. I am so grateful for Adriene and these practices. Not every practice is perfect but I'm always glad I showed up even on frustrating days. I really loved this practice so much. I can't wait to repeat this practice again. Thank You
When Adriene was talking during the chair pose, I was like "oh hurry up already" then I fell 😂 My brother was constantly annoying me and probably cause i did this in the morning, I got really exhausted(I usually do yoga before bed). Not everyday is the best but thanks for being there Adriene! Xoxo 💜

Adrienne, I've been living with this routine for two months, doing it almost every day. It is revolutionizing my practice. For the first time in two years of nearly daily practice, I can feel my energetic body and the upward and downward currents you talk about. I am 62 years old and I've always felt "fit,," but never felt strong. That is changing now! I can't thank you enough -- your work is changing my life.
Im ok I really wanted to try yoga because im a cancer survivor twice so my body is so like broken down from the chemo I ache like a wounded dog. But this hopefully will help thanks again im gonna do yoga every day

Every morning I wake up stiff feeling that my body is a tower of wooden blocks about to topple over and then I do my practice re-establish the connections and feel alive again. Through yoga I have become so much more aware of how my body parts work, separately and together. This has been a real revelation for me. Thank you.

I'm often amazed at how, if I follow the calendar, I end I o getting exactly what I need for that particular day (even if the title doesn't immediately resonate with me). I over did it installing plants into my garden today and as a result, find my lower back was in the verge of spasms (this is a semi regular occurancr for me). This practice really helped unbind those lower-mid back muscles. It was perfect and after finishing in much looser. Thanks, Adrien.
I for one have always been an advocate of environmental awareness, that said, Earth is our mama, one that we not only gotta respect and praise for its sense of tolerance and kindness towards us despite what we've done to it over the ages of time, but also protect and ensure its cleanliness. The air in the room feels like high quality wine today, a toast waiting to be made by getting a breath or two while limitlessly loving ourselves. NURTURE Day 19 practice is my favorite so far. I finished it with tears in my eyes because this practice was beautiful and it made me feel so much better about myself. I think "inhale lots of love in and exhale lots of love out" is a beautiful mantra and it motivates me to do hard poses like plank and it gives me hope when I feel upset or find myself in a dark place. THANK YOU Adriene for making me fall in love with my body and soul. Thank you for this channel and thank you for being YOU!. LOTS OF LOVE from Turkey!

I'm so grateful for these practices. I am not athletic or fit at all, but I can feel my strength building. Coming down from plank, I nearly made it all the way to the ground without dropping today! I was amazed and smiled a little. It felt great. It's wonderful to be doing this along with so many others.

Great to get this practice in before spending most of my day in an airport tomorrow. I've been finding that my mind wanders whilst in shavasana lately - high anxiety means any moment of stillness my brain instantly goes into overdrive... But today I caught myself mid-thought spiral, and brought myself back to my breath, just in time to hear Adriene closing the practise with her wise words - mini victory for me today
Ah the the same thing happened to me! Mind wandering all over the place at the end today, but I managed to bring it back :)

I”ve been experiencing that in the last week and a half or so of quarantine. It’s an odd phenomenon that the busier I am the more I can quiet my mind during yoga but when I have ll the time in the world I end up thinking about my family, neighbors, the world during savasana!
I thought this practice was going to be too long for me, but I got into it enjoing it and it helped me to keep my mind away from negative thoughts. Thank you Adriene and all the YWA community!

It's Sunday today, I woke up early 6am & came to college home ground. I walked on grass drew, enjoyed yoga, meditated & took a nap. I hear so many birds here during sunrise. Such a lovely experience.

Really, what would my mornings be without yoga with Adriene? Thanks for putting out such a great series of practices. I appreciate the monthly playlist because I meet new sessions and stay fresh, and don't waste time deciding what to do.
Had a pretty rough morning today and wasn't feeling the best about myself and my body (adolescence has its interesting ways of interrupting my daily mood) and these 36 minutes really rebirthed me. It amazes me how much yoga manages to sink deeper and deeper into my consciousness with every practice. A few years ago it meant nothing but (and excuse my language) half-assed movement, but as I matured so did my approach to this art. I still have a long way ahead of me, but I am so glad to see how attached I am getting to something that I used to not understand. It gives me a sense of belief that yoga is something that grows with me, not a habit, duty, or task. And oh, how lovely it is to look forward to something that helps your body and mind grow healthier and stronger!

Every time Adriene tells us to focus on the full body experience (which is often), I always think of the scene in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when they are searching for the perfect tree. Ellen tells Clark that their daughter is frozen, and he says, "it's all part of the experience." Makes me chuckle to myself. Thank you for keeping it light!

I can't believe that I just did a 36 minute practice right after waking up! This is new to me, as I usually procrastinate this longer practices. But I'm so proud of myself for not letting this for later and consequently not doing it because I'm tired 😂 And it went by so quickly! It was indeed very refreshing. I'm back! Trying to get back to self care. Had no where to put a yoga mat for a while, then said when I moved i was gonna get back into it. a year passed and still didn't get back into it. Now i'm back on my medication and have been trying to crawl out of a dark dark place in head and heart. I've just been randomly grabbing your videos based on what feels good, I have to take it slow, i'm so weak now. My degenerative disc disease, hip issues and sciatica cause a lot of trouble for me so after 3 days straight i took 1 day off... forced myself to do another session on day 5, took day 6 off (no meds that day, no motivation) Here I am day on day 7.. I did 5 yoga sessions in a week after not doing yoga in 2 years almost. I'm proud of that.
Today is Monday , April 10th. , my mother's birthday. I also wanted to remind you that I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver and I use your practices to help me cope. I'm very lonely, so see Benji really helps asi love animals and he's such a sweetie. Well , fortunately I found the time and strength to make it through this practice and for that I am grateful. I invited my mother for this morning practice as we both need more self love and self respect.(my mother never practiced yoga before) It was very nice, relaxing and in the end we truly felt connected to the Energy and Mother Earth. Yes! A million times YES! Loved every minute and second of this practice. I was glowing and floating and feeling not just moving. I started so slow probably slower than I ever have because I was already really sore from other workouts. I was really able to connect with my body like I never have before because I chose to slow down and feel. I am so grateful for Adriene and these practices. Not every practice is perfect but I'm always glad I showed up even on frustrating days. I really loved this practice so much. I can't wait to repeat this practice again. Thank You

For the first time in two years of nearly daily practice, I can feel my energetic body and the upward and downward currents you talk about. Im ok I really wanted to try yoga because im a cancer survivor twice so my body is so like broken down from the chemo I ache like a wounded dog. But this hopefully will help thanks again im gonna do yoga every day

Every morning I wake up stiff feeling that my body is a tower of wooden blocks about to topple over and then I do my practice re-establish the connections and feel alive again. Through yoga I have become so much more aware of how my body parts work, separately and together. This has been a real revelation for me. Thank you.

Much needed today to respect my body and what it is doing for me, trusting the process. Namaste
I'm often amazed at how, if I follow the calendar, I end I o getting exactly what I need for that particular day (even if the title doesn't immediately resonate with me).
I over did it installing plants into my garden today and as a result, find my lower back was in the verge of spasms (this is a semi regular occurancr for me). This practice really helped unbind those lower-mid back muscles. It was perfect and after finishing in much looser. Thanks, Adrien.
I for one have always been an advocate of environmental awareness, that said, Earth is our mama, one that we not only gotta respect and praise for its sense of tolerance and kindness towards us despite what we've done to it over the ages of time, but also protect and ensure its cleanliness. The air in the room feels like high quality wine today, a toast waiting to be made by getting a breath or two while limitlessly loving ourselves. Can't get enough of the magic these practices work on me each and every day Adriene. Thank you for reminding us to love ourselves and mama Earth. Much love. Namaste.

NURTURE Day 19 practice is my favorite so far. I finished it with tears in my eyes because this practice was beautiful and it made me feel so much better about myself. I think "inhale lots of love in and exhale lots of love out" is a beautiful mantra and it motivates me to do hard poses like plank and it gives me hope when I feel upset or find myself in a dark place. THANK YOU Adriene for making me fall in love with my body and soul. Thank you for this channel and thank you for being YOU!. LOTS OF LOVE from Turkey!

Earth Day is right around the corner, so my mind dedicated this practice to momma earth as I felt my connection to the healing powers our lovely little planet has within. It’s amazing to see how clear the sky’s are while we quarantine to slow the spread of COVID19. I can see mountain ranges I have never seen from my house! I'm so grateful for these practices. I am not athletic or fit at all, but I can feel my strength building. Coming down from plank, I nearly made it all the way to the ground without dropping today! I was amazed and smiled a little. It felt great. It's wonderful to be doing this along with so many others.

Great to get this practice in before spending most of my day in an airport tomorrow.
