Didn't knew the Hippodrome and Colosseum gave passive entertainment to the whole city. So they are worth building even if they aren't going to be accessed directly by the pleb.

Thanks you so much, again. By watching your videos my next builds are getting more and more efficient.

One thing that is omitted from this guide (which might not apply to Augustus) is that if you get perfect coverage of some entertainment buildings, that can affect the evolution level of the city.
For example, having perfect Theater coverage can allow Large Casas to evolve into Small Insulae even if you dont provide them with shows from the Ampitheater in that block. Another example is that having perfect Theater and Ampitheater in your city allows Large Insulae to evolve into Small Villas provided you give them shows for the Ampitheater. You can just place extra buildings in a corner somewhere and it would count, but in Augustus, if it's needed badly enough, I would just build the Venus Genetrix temple since it's the best GT in the game.
On an unrelated note, I would also consider Small Villas in the "bad" evolution category since the residents dont work, and I think on VH they either provide roughly the same tax income or slightly lower tax than Grand Insulae and require wine from markets. These are only to be used if you are hard capped at SV and you need >80 Prosperity IMO.

Regarding the coverage: So, as I understood it, it was in Julius/Vanilla. The purpose of adding the new entertainment buildings was to remove that feature, since it was really confusing/opaque to the player. Now the bonus is given to the tavern and the city wide bonuses for colosseum/hippo
As for Small Villa its debatable. It is a net 27% increase to taxes, all other things equal. You do need wine, but on the other hand you need half as much food. The net savings is 1 worker/villa plus no wages. So the question comes back to trade... if evolving is exensive (expensive vines/wine) or there is lots of trade export quota still available (for the workers lost) then it is not worth it except prosperity. If You have lots of unemployment and wine is not expensive, it is probably worth it
But realistically you would pause at Medium villa, which only needs 5 more entertainment and give 50% tax over Grand Insulae if you didnt want larger patricians or there were restrictions.

How strange that theaters do not need Actors to provide bonus. I guess people are ok with just seeing old Marcus Randomus doing his karaoke at the odeon.

Listen to this man. He knows what he is talking about. He is taming three lions every day IRL 😅

I did not quite understand from the video, if I have a lion tamer pass through a block on his way to the colosseum, he's giving the block full colosseum access? Like the whole 25+5 bonus?

The + 5 is global regardless of pathing. I explained walkers in the walkers video as this would be insanely long otherwise but yes. if lion pit spawns destination walkers to go to the colloseum then all hosues along the path also get the full benefit in this case + 25.
