Having played the beta, PD3 does have enough changes and new stuff for it to be a worthy successor to PD2 imo.
This video is NOT a good representation of the game as it's mostly just clips of me doing dumb shit and I would recommend other channels like @TheKknowley for a more in-depth look at the game.
Also the game looking outdated in this video is due to me having to turn most graphic options to low as I have a potato PC.
