Max Payne 3 Special Fail Scenes (UPDATED 30-07-2023)

a.k.a Max lets Passos die a lot
I wanted to showcase these scenes as they have unique animation, camera angles and/or dialogue that most players will probably missed out on
I've tried to find as many of them as I could. Please let me know if I missed any.
Thanks to the comments of the last video for letting me know of some scenes I had missed.
Hopefully this is the last time I have to update this video.

another cool thing that i found in chapter 5 is that if you fall into water and there are no enemies around then max actually climbs back up

You get a special camera angle death if you drop a bus on yourself in chapter 10.

You can also fail Chapter 4 by shooting Passos when he's on the fire escape.
Not exactly unique, but you can be burned alive by Molotovs in the last part of chapter 7. (Max doesn't use throwable weapons for the entirety of the game.) Also in the same chapter, you will die if the enemy's rocket hits you.
