I love this channel so much that I decide to make all recipes and rate them on a 1-5 Meal Prep Container scale I came up with.
Criteria: to keep the rating more interesting, only 2,5 points are dedicated to overall quality of the dish minutes after preparing. The other 2,5 points will be distributed depending on how texture and flavor changes after reheating or storing in a fridge for longer period. For example if dish tastes amazing fresh but taste like crap after 2 days of keeping a fridge, it will get low score.
This one is going to be easy 4,5/5 MPCs. The only gripe is the chicken thigh, which always tastes funny to me when stored in a fridge and reheated, but the sauce is flavorful enough that is masks those weird aromas quite well. It still tasted good 5 days after preparing and I’m confident the frozen one will be as delicious as others were.

Made this for lunch this week and it's pretty dang good. I was wishing there was still more in the container when I finished today. It's not spicy at all. At all. I'll make this again and will keep increasing the sriracha until I find the right amount.
