- Sean Christie says that John Fenn is lying about his visions. As someone who knows John Fenn I felt compelled to respond to Sean's remarks.
I'm Rod Saunders, founder of Jew and Greek. I’m a musician, web developer, and a student of philosophy and economics. I recently published my first book on Amazon entitled Defending the Faith: Word of Faith Apologetics. It’s a response to the numerous charges against and misrepresentations of the Word of Faith movement and theology. I also have a CD of original music on CD Baby entitled Gates of Pearl. “Jew and Greek” is a good name because the two civilizations that influenced Western civilization the most were those of the Judeo-Christian and Greek worlds. From the Jews we received our values and a monotheistic theology, and from the Greeks we got philosophy which brought us science, sports, the arts, democracy, and economics. As a result I discuss all of the above in this blog and in my videos.

What’s going on in the You Tube world between Cessationists and Continuists? I never even knew that these terms existed until you shared this on a previous video when Justin Peters slammed Jerry Savelle so soon after his death. You helped to explain JP’s theological position and it helped me to understand what they really believe and why they say the things that they do. As a whole, they promote doubt and unbelief. I can’t imagine someone claiming to be a Christian and a Bible teacher, if they have never experienced for themselves any kind of Godly dream, Godly vision, inspirational guidance, a Word (scripture) that became alive literally jumping off the pages, a healing, financial breakthrough and protection and claim to be an expert for God’s word. I’ve lived over 60 years. If you’d live this life long enough, you’re going to need divine intervention or experience one. They have to be hypocrites if they say they’ve never encountered any divine intervention in their lives. We call these miracles. Visions and dreams are a part of it. Jacob’s dream (stairway to heaven) was significant in Jewish history. Peter’s vision of eating unclean animals completely changed the course of Jewish-Christian theology. I’m not sure what spirit they are listening to but these guys who say they are associated with Cessationism. are not getting divine inspiration from God that helps people to come closer to Him and inspire personal change. The Bible says, The just shall live by Faith. I have faith in God. He speaks to me because I spend time seeking Him, through prayer, reading His word and being sensitive to His spirit. And yes, I may have dreams and visions because I allow Gods Holy Spirit to guide me and to change me.
I went through a difficult time and experienced a traumatic death. I reached out to John Fenn. I can’t tell you how gracious, kind and ministering he was. I am deeply indebted and thankful for Pastor Fenn helping a total stranger at a difficult time in my life. I don’t care what anyone says, Pastor Fenn helped me when few did. Amen, brother. I like John Fenn. He's not lying about visions, and visitations. I had just turned 21 when God visited me, and it wasn't the only time. I probably would have started having visions sooner had I not been afraid of praying in tongues. I was raised to believe the Gifts of the Holy Spirit had stopped being given, and had only been given to start the Church. Boy were they wrong. God took me from there, and started teaching me Himself. I went back to attending a Baptist Church, but, they were by then under a new Pastor, and many that spoke in tongues were attending. They had been called Baptist Bible Church, but, changed their name to Bible Church. I like you, too. You have a "sound" mind, praise God. I don't believe the Church is the Bride of Christ, though, lol. But, that won't stop me from hearing what the Lord is saying through you. We're one in Spirit/spirit, amen! I thank God for putting you in my path. You are a blessing from God! Be blessed!!!
Rod, that was a solid assessment of John Fenn! If Sean knew John he wouldn’t cast such sensory judgement.
Sean Christie seems more like the 'church gossip' than a brother to anyone.
I’m an Iranian former Muslim, Jesus is appearing to millions of people in Iran. Jesus appeared to Paul after He ascended into heaven.

I was saved when Jesus appeared in my room and told me to follow Him. That was 30 years ago. And Jesus is still leading me.
Yes, the Son of Man ascended to heaven. And we did too. Ephesians 2:6.
This, again, is an example of how some believers choose to see themselves as apart from Christ--more from an Adamic point of view. Others prefer to see themselves as IN Christ and WITH Christ, seated in heavenly places.
Personally, I’m an IN CHRIST kind of guy.

This is a topic that I ask atheist to prove the existential experiences of all christians do not exist.
They will couch debates will our using the Bible as our knowledge, so I simply say, disprove all the miricals,healing s,and encounters with the kingdom of God with evidence based on your knowledge of events.
People who make snap judgments that someone has lied forget there can be witnesses to certain events that happened to more than one person at the same time.
They also place limits on reality by putting reality in the confinement of their shallow minds.

I saw one . I did not believe what I saw .
It was standing at the other end of my dining room table .
I was reading .
It turned and went and I shook my head and thought it was just my imagination .
My four year old daughter was playing on our closed in porch out of my sight .
She came running in and saying
Daddy , daddy I just saw a ghost.
I said where .
She said it ran past her .
I know all the stories out there are not true but
I do know it can be real.
I have had many dreams and visions.
I stopped listening to Sean when he made a connection between two guys as NAR believing the exact same doctrines, and I knew they disagreed over eschatology. That's when I realized that NAR was more of a bad conspiracy theory than fact. Now these guys are doing it to Greg Locke while he's away on a missions trip.

Yes many say they are not cessationists. But when it comes down to it ,they reject everything somebody says or experiences then they chalk it up to, emotions and imaginations... But are still in denial of scripture and reality of God sometimes. I don't usually tell many people. I have had several degrees with Jesus in it.. and a few experiences.. and heard his audible voice on several occasions... It's disheartening sometimes because you really can't tell many people, they look at you like you're crazy or delusional. Lol. Or your dreams are just lies.. yes keeping Revelation and communication from God almost a secret, breaks My own heart sometimes.. as soon as you mention it. They look at you funny and change the subject.. because they don't want to hear it and think it's weird.. sad......
that is not true the bible does not say that the next time we shall see Jesus is when he returns Jesus was through out the old testament and the new testament in his original form
I want a great relationship with my Father. Through Jesus. I like John Fenn want Christianity to resemble Acts.
I would not question others,the visions are past present and future.

Paul reiterate that he knew a man .. a new a man that went to the third heaven.. of him I will speak..
Why do we keep inposing that it was Paul??? .. Paul has reiterated it was someone else.. everybody I know teaches this!. And yet it's not in Scripture.

I found that the Charismatic movement isn't for me but I wouldn't dedicate entire UA-cam channels accusing certain individuals. I would give anything to have visions of Jesus and heaven and I want that for everyone ❤
Without Charismatics to attack they have nothing useful to say and no channel content to occupy their time.
