I have tourettes as well and none of my symptoms have been as severe luckily. And luckily the doctor I went to was a very knowledgeable man and could recognize my symptoms. My teachers kept reprimanding me and id cry and apologize and try to explain that I couldnt control my eyes glaring or closing or breaking pencils, erasers, losing my homework, bringing innrupped up papers, losing books or accidentally ripping them, stuttering in class, saying odd things, suddenly saying whatever happened to be on my mind in class, standing up without asking, suddenly not being able to talk or answer anyone's questions, freezing, randomly crying, ripping my hair out, slamming my head on random surfaces no matter how hard or soft, and many other things that I couldnt/can't control. I feel I have more control as I'm getting older, but I still have some ticks, mainly random bodily twitch's or flexing. It happens more often when I drink, however nicotine, has helped my tics stop completely. It's lately become a huge addiction because with it I can finally be a normal human being. It's made me so happy that I can finally talk to people without randomly blurting out shit that could get me fired or beat if I said it to the wrong person. With nicotine I could finally write without suddenly writing death threats to myself, or stickmen do acrobatics over the words, pictures, and answers of my homework. I can finally drive without suddenly jerking the wheel to left or right as of I got spooked, or randomly close my eyes while I'm driving and have a hard time opening them no matter how much I need them open. I'm no longer scared I'll hurt another person or even myself. I wish I could find an alternative but it's the only thing I can do to be normal. I tried THC but it only makes the symptoms less noticeable to me, not to others. Nicotine helps me the most.

I'd imagine that he's not Prejudice or Selfish & is loving. That's probably how he handles it. A person with Tourette has good moment & bad ones. Being on camera could bring out the tics more. I've never I'd a problem snuggling on the couch or in bed as my tics calm down at times. I actually had a guy claim it was fake after watching me tic-free for 20 minutes & then when he spoke out about it, they were bad... I could've gone longer if he just kept quiet!
