Everything you said is what I used to tell myself as a little girl in the mirror and it was until my 30s that I started learning to speak positive My nephew has autism and I’ve seen how his language changes when surrounded 1:25 with positive environment 24/7

I started having tics with my panic attacks, but sadly everyone I’ve talked to including my family refuse to take into consideration that it might be tics, but I have panic attacks almost daily and I have tics in the same way as you. Do you have any ideas how I can get tested for Tourette’s? Thank you for being amazing, I love you Baylen ❤
Update: my mom apologized, she understands that I have tics now, she was in a very bad mood that day because she was super sick with Covid and I completely understand and she’s forgiven
At a party, she will most likely be the most normal one there! I’ve seen others without Tourette’s syndrome at parties that were literally embarrassing for stuff that comes outta their drunk mouths! Stuff that makes people cringe. You good girl! Party on
your anxiety and Tourette syndrome might be related to your unhealthy gut, drinking sugar drinks like cola may deteriorate your gut biome brain-gut axis may not work work good. I am not a doctor however just consider this to research
