I am 72 and started Lesley's Walk Workout few months back and got hooked. Just love her style and energy, so motivational. I am now practicing for an 8 mile workout on 20 march for my Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society in memory of my beloved beautiful mum who passed away 15 months ago. To-date I have managed 6.5 miles workout and with Lesley's energy I hope to complete 8 miles on 3/20/21 :-)

She is a GREAT instructor. She explains what the motions will be before you start. You can adjust the action if it a challenge. I had meniscus surgery several months ago. I is a little painful for me to kick my leg straight, so I do knee lifts instead. The main thing is, if you can, keep the pace.
I've been walking with Leslie for 8 months every day! Although I am 64 and with bad spine (scoliosis and spondylosis), DM type 2, I feel great!!! Love these! When I saw Leslie's dvd's at stores I laughed! Who needed a video for walking? But when my cousin was recovering from heart surgery related to weight, she said she lost the weight entirely by walking--literally "walked her butt off :)" just walking about 4 miles a day. When I found myself with a frozen shoulder, and inconsistency in my work outs, I decided I'd try walking, but when I walked outside 1. I got a little bored, 2. pace wasn't always on and I didn't get my heart rate up, 3. if I go with others I end up at their pace that doesn't work, 4. I live where it gets to 105 degrees quickly, so if I missed the early morning I would give up on walking. So, I turned to youtube and sure enough! Leslie's pace, music, multiple muscles, and alone and with her team--the SMILES! It makes my heart go up too! So many mellow upbeat endorphins that I'm hooked now! I can't make excuses b/c it doesnt hurt, take much time, and lifts my mood all day! THANK YOU WHOLE TEAM. And gotta just love Nick and his smile and energy!!
I have been walking with Leslie for 30 years now. I have done from one to five miles at a time with Leslie through all the ups and downs of my life. I love that I can walk at home in my pajamas if I want to in a small space in my living room. It is simple, simply convenient, and just simply the most effective aerobic weight loss and muscle-toning workout that I know of.

For the last year, I've been doing Miracle Miles workouts--especially when the rainy Pacific Northwest weather made outdoor cardio workouts difficult. But recently I had a fall and fractured my kneecap. So am wearing a rigid knee brace for the next month or so which prevents me from bending the knee. I was desperate to keep up my workouts and remembered Leslie's admonition that if any movement was too difficult or too complicated to just keep on walking to the beat. So that's what I've been doing. No knee lifts or hamstring curls, no double sidesteps etc. But I can walk and I can get my heart rate up in the aerobic zone. Thanks, Leslie, for helping me maintain my cardio level.
I just did this workout 5 days this week (Monday thru Friday) and I lost 2.3 lbs!!! I started exercising with Leslie Sansone about 5 years ago and have drifted to other online fitness trainers but I always come back to her! I'm morbidly obese and need to lose 200lbs. At this time I can't stand more than 2-5 minutes, I have to complete all my walking exercises in a chair. I know for most that does not make any sense. I'm trying my best and keep moving my arms. I appreciate these videos to get me moving.

I started following Leslie Sansone last winter when I couldn't get out on the bike. When the pandemic hit I carried on and even roped my husband to join me when we were forced to stay at home. We still try to do it three times a week and it's keeping us both fit. I'm 72 and hubby turns 80 next year so I was a bit worried at first. But he enjoys it as much as I do. Well done, Leslie. My eldest sister was a competition body builder and later owned a gym for 28 years. When she went through her change she discovered no matter how much running and training she did the only way to lose belly fat in menopausal women is walking not running not weights not anything else but walking. And it does work! My problem is I haven’t exercised the entire pandemic! Isolated for months on end I just threw myself into work. Now I’m so out of shape and so much body fat I’m trying to get back into exercise. It’s hard for me to motivate to get away from my desk and go outside to walk 2 miles. I am so grateful I found you!! I don’t know why I didn’t think to look for walking videos when you don’t have time or motivation to get outside during the work week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I just found this channel about six months ago and it's working wonders for me. I live in Canada so we have a bit of snow here right now (to say the least) so this is a great way to get proper exercise indoors. I'm 67 years old and had surgery on both knees so this is an ideal way for me to get me legs back into shape. Thank you for doing this......this is a great way to stay fit mentally and physically without having to do crazy, extreme exercises.
I did it! I can’t believe I did it. Last month I could only do for 15 minutes or 20 and now I just tried 30. Two months ago I hardly exercised. I am starting to get better. Hopefully I will lose weight too.

My husband and I try to work out everyday with Leslie and the group especially now during the pandemic. Her team is a constant reminder that health is very important and I just love working out with them all.
I love this. I have to strengthen my lower back muscles so I do this along with a 1 mile daily for the next 28 days and then I will add 1 mile for 30 days. I just had gastric bypass surgery and I have to walk every day over the next four months. Also this is good for my MS too and this is helpful in keeping and strengthening my motor skills, so I can drive more than just down the street to the grocery store. Since adding this walk in the morning, along with an evening walk, I am feeling stronger and its definitely helped my weight loss.
U absolutely love working out with Leslie I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis five replacement surgeries done and now awaiting another surgery. I have been working out with her for over a year now I even did a workout the night before my last replacement surgery in October.

Hi Leslie, I have been working out for 2 months! In the beginning, I did just 2 miles, but within a few weeks I added another definitely had to push myself! I recently made it 4 miles to my goal! I’m 55 years old & trying to get fit! Most of my life I have struggled with weight but in the past 1 1/2 years I have taken my weight down 25 to 30 lbs! I decided to make healthier choices & now working out! Thanks for your motivation

Now iam doing intermittent fasting i.e, 8 hours eating and 15 hours fasting taking only liquids in fasting time.All the best Nonu Mam.
Yes I did for 4 months along with 16hrs intermittent fasting and reduced 9kgs...once I stopped again I've gained weight😢

I have been walking with Leslie for 30 years now. I have done from one to five miles at a time with Leslie through all the ups and downs of my life. I love that I can walk at home in my pajamas if I want to in a small space in my living room. It is simple, simply convenient, and just simply the most effective aerobic weight loss and muscle-toning workout that I know of.

Walking is great exercise.
For the last year, I've been doing Miracle Miles workouts--especially when the rainy Pacific Northwest weather made outdoor cardio workouts difficult. But recently I had a fall and fractured my kneecap. So am wearing a rigid knee brace for the next month or so which prevents me from bending the knee. I was desperate to keep up my workouts and remembered Leslie's admonition that if any movement was too difficult or too complicated to just keep on walking to the beat. So that's what I've been doing. No knee lifts or hamstring curls, no double sidesteps etc. But I can walk and I can get my heart rate up in the aerobic zone. Thanks, Leslie, for helping me maintain my cardio level.
I just did this workout 5 days this week (Monday thru Friday) and I lost 2.3 lbs!!! I started exercising with Leslie Sansone about 5 years ago and have drifted to other online fitness trainers but I always come back to her! The results are real and I'm closer to my goal to lose 20 lbs! Thank you, Leslie!

I'm morbidly obese and need to lose 200lbs. At this time I can't stand more than 2-5 minutes, I have to complete all my walking exercises in a chair. I know for most that does not make any sense. I'm trying my best and keep moving my arms. I appreciate these videos to get me moving.

I take a great walk with Leslie daily when I don't go to the Y or it's to cold to walk outside. Walking is my FAVORITE form of exercise. Leslie makes it fun and easy!

I'm 78 and just started the 20, 30 & 40-minute walks. They are great to get started in the morning. I am still an avid cyclist and the videos are a great fill-in between riding my bike and on my stationary bicycle trainer.

It is the only workout iam able to stickon for the last five months. Walking Outdoors, going to gym etc takes lot of effort. This can be easily done with any outfit at the convenience of home. Thank you so much Leslie .

I have been doing it for one and half month and I lost almost 5 lbs. I didn’t believe that this type of exercise would helped me loosing weight without stop eating. I don’t need to watch out my diet at all. I spend 2 hours everyday. Love it. Thank you Leslie. 🥰👍🏻👍🏻🌷🌷🌷

I started following Leslie Sansone last winter when I couldn't get out on the bike. When the pandemic hit I carried on and even roped my husband to join me when we were forced to stay at home. We still try to do it three times a week and it's keeping us both fit. I'm 72 and hubby turns 80 next year so I was a bit worried at first. But he enjoys it as much as I do. Well done, Leslie. My eldest sister was a competition body builder and later owned a gym for 28 years. When she went through her change she discovered no matter how much running and training she did the only way to lose belly fat in menopausal women is walking not running not weights not anything else but walking. And it does work! My problem is I haven’t exercised the entire pandemic! Isolated for months on end I just threw myself into work. Now I’m so out of shape and so much body fat I’m trying to get back into exercise. It’s hard for me to motivate to get away from my desk and go outside to walk 2 miles. I am so grateful I found you!! I don’t know why I didn’t think to look for walking videos when you don’t have time or motivation to get outside during the work week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I just found this channel about six months ago and it's working wonders for me. I live in Canada so we have a bit of snow here right now (to say the least) so this is a great way to get proper exercise indoors. I'm 67 years old and had surgery on both knees so this is an ideal way for me to get me legs back into shape. Thank you for doing this......this is a great way to stay fit mentally and physically without having to do crazy, extreme exercises.
I did it! I can’t believe I did it. Last month I could only do for 15 minutes or 20 and now I just tried 30. Two months ago I hardly exercised. I am starting to get better. Hopefully I will lose weight too.

Similarly I had a fall last February. It took me several months to recover fully during which time Lockdown happened. Joe Wicks' workout was too strenuous for me at that time. My husband and I try to work out everyday with Leslie and the group especially now during the pandemic. Her team is a constant reminder that health is very important and I just love working out with them all.
I love this. I have to strengthen my lower back muscles so I do this along with a 1 mile daily for the next 28 days and then I will add 1 mile for 30 days. I just had gastric bypass surgery and I have to walk every day over the next four months. Also this is good for my MS too and this is helpful in keeping and strengthening my motor skills, so I can drive more than just down the street to the grocery store. Since adding this walk in the morning, along with an evening walk, I am feeling stronger and its definitely helped my weight loss.
I couldn't do it at first but now I cannot do a day without it! Leslie is such an educator. I love how she teaches about why we do a step. Keep it up.

U absolutely love working out with Leslie I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis five replacement surgeries done and now awaiting another surgery. I have been working out with her for over a year now I even did a workout the night before my last replacement surgery in October.

Hi Leslie, I have been working out for 2 months! In the beginning, I did just 2 miles, but within a few weeks I added another definitely had to push myself! I recently made it 4 miles to my goal! I’m 55 years old & trying to get fit! Most of my life I have struggled with weight but in the past 1 1/2 years I have taken my weight down 25 to 30 lbs! And she’s in her 60s going on 70 still doing it. I read in one of her walking books that she had started these walking aerobics videos in the 80s and she still going.
Maybe someone will benefit with my comment. Why i think leslies workout work, us because it doesnt stress you out and you still move all your muscles. At least for me...her walks are amazing and fun and very doable. Just move your body. As she said, your body was meant to move
