@@helenng866 Hi! Do used the 3-mile walk away the pounds, three mile walk. Started with two pound weights, I’m now using four pounds. Additionally, I did three 3-mile outside walks each week, and walked at work on both my breaks. I’ve always been a healthy eater so only diet change was tuna packet, 1/2 an avocado and 4 oz. of OJ for breakfast. I’m now working toward the Tahoe Mud Run next year! I was 55 when I started and two years later I’m still exercising and weights stayed off. I went from a size 18 to a size 10. Shirt size from an xxl to a medium. It’s so worth it! Just get up and go! You’ll be so proud of yourself, and you’ll feel great!!!
My wife and I have been exercising since April 2019 with this program and once again for 6 days a week in combination with a healthy diet. Last April my weight was 102 kg and my wife 75 and today I weigh 77kg and my wife 59. Of course we will not stop exercising. Thanks for all these wonderful programs!!!!!

You have changed our lives. During Corona, we realized we have to move and have been loyal to you for at least 3.5 months. We started with 10 minutes and do the 5K boosted walk now...almost daily. Yep. She sure is! I discovered her a few years ago, and between her and a UA-camr who plays old school music, I finally found an exercise plan I can stick with and most of all I actually really ENJOY!!! I look forward to doing it. For me, that's truly AMAZING!!!
Probably competition...everybody and their daddy uncle is making their own exercise program...probably mad they didn’t think off this first...she’s the only one I know of that’s doing simple walking without trying to kill us overweight people...and know matter your size her program is doable, her personality is fun...and it actually is something you look forward to doing...
I am 36 years old. I have been doing more intense workouts on UA-cam but im out of breath quick and they arent gentle on the knees. I think im sticking with Leslie! Absolutely loved this workout!!

This is incredible. I do it twice a day ( morning and night) and stopped drinking soda completely. I just drink water. Have lost 25 pounds in 2 months and am actually looking slim. I haven't walked in a couple of years. I used to walk 5k everyday until I was injured...Over the years I became depressed and gained 100lbs. After binge watching My 600lb life.. Im ready to get back. Tonight was my first time using this video to get started again. It was a bit challenging but Im so grateful. Im encouraged and I look forward to doing this again tomorrow evening.

I've been so depressed during/after covid, I gained so much weight since 2021 and I couldn't start dieting and/or working out, everything felt too much and too difficult for me...I couldn't so anything but cry on my bed and feel miserable , anxious all the time...I passed so many hard times... These videos are easy to follow, effective and FUN!! I started dieting and working out on june 3rd, now it's june 29th and people already told me I look slimmer. I love these at-home walking workouts! I did them all the while our family was growing-- & had fabulous pregnancies & deliveries & post-partum healing! Now that I'm on the other side of babies, I'm STILL doing these workouts! I swear they help you age gracefully-- people can never guess my age-- & I still feel young & strong. THANK YOU, LESLIE!!!
I highly recommend this one. I did 5 times a week of this exercise since May this year (2019). From 97.8kg down to 84kg. Its amazing. I also stick with my diet.

I have loved these workouts for a long time! Im in my late teens and I love how simple and fun these are. On days when I'm feeling tired or upset, I do these workouts and feel so much better!
There was a point when all I was motivated to do, was senior chair exercises in my 20s, due to depression. The important thing is that you move, not what level you think you should be.
03/17/2021 Update on my weight loss I used to be 222 to 155 now I am currently 144! All praises to THE MOST HIGH! Thanks, Leslie for the tips and this video its been my routine for months now I do other things along with this exercise and Leslie's tips in how I received these awesome results my waistline small I now have an hourglass shape!!!
Wow! Wow! Wow! I started this walk simply because I do not have to go out in order to exercise as I sit many hours at the computer almost everyday. For me this is the best exercise!!!! After just one week of walking three times, I noticed a very big change! Now I walk six days in a week and have also increased it to twice a day and the belly and back fat that could not shift have all gone! I built up my self slowly through it till I reached this point and the result is fantastic! I like what I see in the mirror! LESLIE, YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU!

I'm on day 18 today, and I'm so excited. I can fit clothes I haven't been able to wear in a couple years. I do this video five days a week. I drink more water, and I eat less but healthy.

Hi Leslie, thank you for the walk at home exercises. I am 54 years old, used to be very active. I stopped running some years back because of pain on my knees and joints. In April I was hospitalized because of corona and was subsequently diagnosed of being diabetic. Presently I am on insulin. I tried jogging after being released from the hospital, but after 3 weeks, the pains i experience were excruciating. I was blessed to fall on your walk at home program. I have become addicted to it. It is just wonderful. I feel really good when I do them. Thanks a lot for helping me achieve my goals o at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. These exercises have helped to bring my blood sugar to normal range. I can't stop enjoying them and sharing them with friends and family. God bless you an your team.
I love Leslie Sansone and team walking workouts. They are easy to follow and full of fun. I did this particular workout and make it more intense. Also, I used 2.5lbs each and 1lb each ankle and wrist weights respectively. I used Fitbit and had this details below: Miles - 2.1miles Calories burn - 540cal Steps - 5135 steps Heart rate(max)- 161, Aver- 134.
I've never liked "exercising," but my husband insisted I need to get ready for a cardiac stress echocardiogram. When I began to do these walks in May 2020, I could only walk 12 minutes out of a 30 minute segment (I'm 63). Now I'm doing 5K''s 2-3 times/week and 2 miles every remaining day. I've lost 26 pounds and have dropped 3 dress sizes. These videos have saved my life in every way possible and helped me to deal with my anxiety. Forever grateful!

I recently was diagnosed with high cholesterol levels and hyperlipidemia. Besides diet and some medication Leslie's workouts are the most effective thing. God bless her for such a wonderful work she does !!!

I started 13 days ago and I was 115 kg. I stopped eating all kinds of fast food. I do this every day before breakfast. Less pasta and rice, more water and salad. Now I am 110 kg. I want to lose 20 more kg. Thank you Leslie for everything especially for smile 😊

I've been walking with Leslie every morning now for the past 10 days (I just keep listening to her and walking to her beat, straighten up when she asks me to, and walk faster or boost when she does. If I don't get up and get out, I know it is silly, but I feel like Leslie is waiting for me and so I should go. Thanks babe!
So it’s been one month since I’ve been exercising / walking with Leslie . I’ve lost 4 kgs in one month and I also have a diet chart which I follow , avoided sugar ,carbs , oil , salt etc . Love love love these workouts. They're so simple, I can't stand workouts where you have to be like a professional dancer basically to do the moves and the instructor/ class already perfect bodies. Started them about 7 weeks ago and have lost 16lbs ( along with a healthy diet) thank you
Hey all, Excuse me as I am using my husband's account. I have been outdoor walking since mid august 2018 for 10 kms every day and manage to loose 8 odd kgs. I stopped with my walks as since 15 days, i begun doing this 5k walk with a twist and 30 minute boosted walk, i have already lost more than a kilo and feel fresh, amazing and energetic the rest of the day. You have saved my life. I had a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction 3 years late. I did DIEPTramFlap. They take muscle from rectus and fat and build breast mounds. Sounded like a good idea because I didn't want implants. Big fail. Doc didn't warn me how weak my core would become. I developed an abdominal bulge to boot (lucky I didn't get a hernia). My previously active self became a non moving self and I gained weight (35 lbs). Finally,last year, I began to track food and walk more and lost 25 lbs. Then I found your videos. At first, I was afraid. But listening to you and your instructions about the core and body alignment, slowly, but surely, I have come out of pain to healing and strength again. I have some more weight to lose. But I have no doubt that continuing to eat well and track my food and walking with you (and outdoors!) I will be okay again.
I used to walk daily for two weeks lately, for hour n half, sometimes for two hours , but when I found this excersie I quit walking, why?, because it makes me sweat n put effort way more than regular walking, 45 minutes of fun and amazing training, and that lady is the perfect coach, I never like excersising like I do now 💖, this is my second week with her on this video ☺️💪
I used to only walk around 45 mins a day. I only managed to put in a mile and half usually and felt I wasn't doing anything. After this I am absolutely drenched. I know this comment is 5 months old but I hope you're still going at it!
This is a fun, easy workout and especially great when you're stuck at home. I did it twice in a row since I usually walk more than this outdoors each day.

Quarantine has proved to me that I don’t really need the gym, I can work out and lose weight at home! As soon as this is over I’m canceling my membership and using that money for new clothes instead lol

I've been so depressed during/after covid, I gained so much weight since 2021 and I couldn't start dieting and/or working out, everything felt too much and too difficult for me...I couldn't so anything but cry on my bed and feel miserable , anxious all the time...I passed so many hard times...
These videos are easy to follow, effective and FUN!! I started dieting and working out on june 3rd, now it's june 29th and people already told me I look slimmer. I feel better, I'm happier, less anxious, but I'm not just working on my body, but also on my soul and my approach on life. Gonna keep up with your videos.

I love these at-home walking workouts! I did them all the while our family was growing-- & had fabulous pregnancies & deliveries & post-partum healing! I highly recommend this one. I did 5 times a week of this exercise since May this year (2019). From 97.8kg down to 84kg. Its amazing. I also stick with my diet.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I started this walk simply because I do not have to go out in order to exercise as I sit many hours at the computer almost everyday. For me this is the best exercise!!!! After just one week of walking three times, I noticed a very big change! Now I walk six days in a week and have also increased it to twice a day and the belly and back fat that could not shift have all gone! I built up my self slowly through it till I reached this point and the result is fantastic! I like what I see in the mirror! LESLIE, YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU!

Hi Leslie, thank you for the walk at home exercises. I am 54 years old, used to be very active. I stopped running some years back because of pain on my knees and joints. In April I was hospitalized because of corona and was subsequently diagnosed of being diabetic. Presently I am on insulin. I tried jogging after being released from the hospital, but after 3 weeks, the pains i experience were excruciating. I was blessed to fall on your walk at home program. I have become addicted to it. It is just wonderful. I feel really good when I do them. Thanks a lot for helping me achieve my goals o at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. These exercises have helped to bring my blood sugar to normal range. I can't stop enjoying them and sharing them with friends and family. God bless you an your team.
I love Leslie Sansone and team walking workouts. They are easy to follow and full of fun. I did this particular workout and make it more intense. Also, I used 2.5lbs each and 1lb each ankle and wrist weights respectively. I used Fitbit and had this details below:
Miles - 2.1miles
Calories burn - 540cal
Steps - 5135 steps
Heart rate(max)- 161, Aver- 134.

I've never liked "exercising," but my husband insisted I need to get ready for a cardiac stress echocardiogram. When I began to do these walks in May 2020, I could only walk 12 minutes out of a 30 minute segment (I'm 63). Now I'm doing 5K''s 2-3 times/week and 2 miles every remaining day. I've lost 26 pounds and have dropped 3 dress sizes. These videos have saved my life in every way possible and helped me to deal with my anxiety. Forever grateful!

I started this exercise last April 2020. I can’t go to In shape so I stayed home to do this three times a week plus my treadmill and line dance by myself at home. I lost 17 lbs.

I recently was diagnosed with high cholesterol levels and hyperlipidemia. Besides diet and some medication Leslie's workouts are the most effective thing. God bless her for such a wonderful work she does !!!

I've been walking with Leslie every morning now for the past 10 days (I just keep listening to her and walking to her beat, straighten up when she asks me to, and walk faster or boost when she does. So it’s been one month since I’ve been exercising / walking with Leslie . I’ve lost 4 kgs in one month and I also have a diet chart which I follow , avoided sugar ,carbs , oil , salt etc . Hey all, Excuse me as I am using my husband's account.
I have been outdoor walking since mid august 2018 for 10 kms every day and manage to loose 8 odd kgs. I stopped with my walks as since 15 days, i begun doing this 5k walk with a twist and 30 minute boosted walk, i have already lost more than a kilo and feel fresh, amazing and energetic the rest of the day. You are just awesome and the way you teach are mind-blowing and effective. Last in covid i lose 15 kg in just 3 months. I have seen so many other exercises videos but the way you teach is magical. Everyone and of every age person can do this easily. Initally i hardly do it 5 min but later on i keep continuously do it for 45 min to 1 hour.

You have saved my life. I had a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction 3 years late. I did DIEPTramFlap. They take muscle from rectus and fat and build breast mounds. Sounded like a good idea because I didn't want implants. Big fail. Doc didn't warn me how weak my core would become. I developed an abdominal bulge to boot (lucky I didn't get a hernia). My previously active self became a non moving self and I gained weight (35 lbs). Finally,last year, I began to track food and walk more and lost 25 lbs. Then I found your videos. At first, I was afraid. But listening to you and your instructions about the core and body alignment, slowly, but surely, I have come out of pain to healing and strength again. I have some more weight to lose. But I have no doubt that continuing to eat well and track my food and walking with you (and outdoors!) I will be okay again.
I used to walk daily for two weeks lately, for hour n half, sometimes for two hours , but when I found this excersie I quit walking, why?, because it makes me sweat n put effort way more than regular walking, 45 minutes of fun and amazing training, and that lady is the perfect coach, I never like excersising like I do now 💖, this is my second week with her on this video ☺️💪

I used to only walk around 45 mins a day. I only managed to put in a mile and half usually and felt I wasn't doing anything. After this I am absolutely drenched. I know this comment is 5 months old but I hope you're still going at it!

I never really comment anything but I just wanted to say that this has been therapeutic. Coming from a person who despised working out and never really found anything she liked or was remotely okay at, now I actually WANT to do it. Quarantine has proved to me that I don’t really need the gym, I can work out and lose weight at home! As soon as this is over I’m canceling my membership and using that money for new clothes instead lol
