Can you do a video on Vision TCP / mastering? We are thinking about adding this option to our robots, but it would be nice to see how it actually works before buying.
Ive authorized and installed successfully and asks for an auto update but i have no option for an auto update? Looked through all menus and tabs but can't find anything. Stuck in controlled start wont let me cold start the machine
Hey Adam, I have to install a software option on one of our old robots, I have the copy of the usb that came with the robot on my computer , but lost the actual usb .can I use a new USB stick and copy everything into it and put it on UD1 and do the install? Does the new USB have to be specific size?

Hello, how do I solve this kind of problem? TPIF-156 No type of menus messages
On my TP under File, I don't have the S/W Install option. It only shows File, File Memory and Auto Backup as my selections.
