Excelent videos. I have a project where the robot works with many statios. in this case I found the option "Reference position", this option is menu>>setup>>Ref position. It allows you rise up the number to 40, but just allow work with 30 position enables. Do you know something about this option?
It works the other way around? send X from PLC into the mch pos for X axis so that the robot can go to that point?

how is the robot coming to the position you move your curzor sir?
Could you explain why many of these tabs you show (Duty, Reducer, etc.) are either not all shown (in HandlingPRO), or not shown at all (PalletPRO) and why the checkbox selection for Duty may be greyed out alltogether?

Hi Adam, I am watching and learning your YT tutorial about the "FANUC Roboguide Tutorial". Is it possible to simulate Delta "pick and place" scenario on Handling PRO mode other than "fanuc irpickpro"?
Hello Adam, Your Fanuc lessons teaching way is productive since you code and tell why, and what the process likewise. Can you tell me how to use FANUC CRX cobot for pick and place with two different payloads? One payload is the end effector and the other payload is the workpiece. I want to detect the work piece and when the end effector detects the work piece robot's movement needs to stop and activate the vacuum gripper. So I can not figure it out. Will you give me some tips and guidance? Like you did always why we use this code and so on and so on. Thank you very much. Esala

I am usig a Karel program that I CALL from the TP program (like between points). Can I RUN that KAREL instead of CALL, and do I need to modify Group 1,* ... or anything else for that?
What if you lose your zeros, and then you need to move to the hash lines on all six joints to re-zero them. That takes the robot into the DCS box zone. How do you disable the whole DCS altogether so you can get your work done and your line moving again?! Kawasaki has a button for that! Can Fanuc just put a "Disable DCS" button on the controller cabinet? Ffs!

Hi, love the tutorial but have a question. I'm having trouble with the SHIFT + CTRL movement, when i try and use it the robot can't seem to decide how its moving and kinda glitches out then reverts to it's original position. i have no idea why its doing this and can't find a reason for it as I was just following along with the video. Help...

My Cobot takes a while to start as well. I have tried the learn payload with no success. I put an Abicor Binzel welding lead on instead of the bulky water cooled Lincoln.

I wish you didn't omit entirely the all-important step of associating robot to extrended or group 2 axes of motion. Nothing in video I see on what to do when your A:7 or G2 axis show change in position on TP but nothing actually moves in animation.
Great content on all your videos. You should position your microphone in another location, the loud smacking noise you make at the end of most of your sentences, is very distracting for folks with ADHD. Like nails on a chalkboard. You have the BEST Fanuc channel on UA-cam, I look forward to all your new video's.

I find it a little ridiculous that you didn’t mention where to find the update files, and haven’t responded to anyone who has asked. I’ve been looking, on company time, for 30 minutes now, just trying to find an update file. No progress. I’ve looked on fanuc’s website, other robot forums for the CRX, as well as other videos and their comments. I think locating the update file is a PRETTY IMPORTANT STEP. And you’ve replied to plenty of other comments, but can’t provide a link or any information? Great video in all other aspects, but come on man.
Hi Adam. I have been doing on RG and the null frame does not change the orientation. I found that in Fanuc the null frame stiil the same orientation, only setup is for indicate to controller the correct current parameters for a good performance, and for example Kuka robots change the orientation coordinates as you mentioned. Is that correct? I like your videos

I don't know if this has changed since you made the video, but J6 does have a scribe/witness mark on our robot. It's very hard to see in low light and I probably wouldn't use it to make sure it's in position unless you don't want to take tooling off. But if you are looking at it like it's depicted in that image, its on the left hand side for our robot. Again, the two lines are not very defined but they are there. I don't know if I would trust someone to eyeball it, but it is an option.
Kinda crazy they don't teach this during basic classes considering how much it's used. Awesome man

Hey Mr Adam. I have watched many of your videos. Very helpful. Is it possible to follow follow the arc of a circle in increments while making vertical passes. Example. A 2 foot pipe cut in half standing up. Go from the top to the bottom and moving in increments following the arc at the top and bottom. Vertical zig zag around the arc. Thanks for your time
Ive authorized and installed successfully and asks for an auto update but i have no option for an auto update? Looked through all menus and tabs but can't find anything. Stuck in controlled start wont let me cold start the machine

For example , Robot A was being loaded image file and sram data from Robot B ( same model , specification) because we did not keep the Robot A original data. And robot A set "Zero position" for all axis , Robot A will have an un-exactly machanical position . However, the A robot still have its own Master count data sheet. Can we apply the above solution to recover Robot A original position while Robot A is using Robot B data ? . Im looking for to hearing your answer, Thank you so much !!
