I usually do two videos back to back and burn around 750 calories with the 10% included. Keep in mind your calories burned depends on your body weight and effort you put in.

I didn't really change my diet just started drinking more water. this is a great at home cardio workout! i break a heavy sweat each time I do her videos! I LOVE IT!
exol kpop they stayed the same but I did get more toned. Specially my legs. And my abs area slimmed down a lot. I’m at 28 inches now. No diet. I kept everything the same just added more water to my non existent diet n less sugary drinks. I will start doing more toning abs workouts but so far. I love her exercises. I take 2 days off in between the week too so I don’t get too tired but it does make ur legs get tired a lot.

Just FYI, there is no such thing as spot reduction with fat. In other words, you cannot target one specific area with fat loss. It doesn't work that way. Your body will burn and loose fat composition across the whole body. This is both completely ridiculous and pointless.
