      Dont worry sis. I take half of my food compare to before I took. That's so simple. Weight loss is one of the slow process. Take it easy and do with consistency.. U will feel ur transformation...

    Merhaba, yaklaşık iki haftadır egzersizleri bazen bir gün arayla bazen her gün aralıksız yapıyorum. İlk haftada fiziksel ve mental olarak değişikliği farkettim 💆🏻‍♀️ Egzersizler bacak odaklı olsalar da tuhaf bir şekilde omuz, kol ve sırt yağlarımda bu kadar kısa bir sürede azalma ve gözle görülür sıkılaşma olmasına neden oldu. Bacaklarım da sıkılaştı. Önceden de Eva Fitness videoları ile bölgesel incelmiştim. Çok memnunum ve egzersizlere devam edeceğim. Gelişmeleri belki tekrardan yazarım.🤍

    I am going to take this seriously for a month. I am a full time working mom of two, so even if I miss few days in between I'll try to stay consistent.
    Before:
    Waist :38.5in
    Thighs :23in R,L
    Starting from 15/04/2023
    Day 1 : 17:44 😊
    Did second round for the full length
    Day 2 : done.
    Day 3: done for 13min
    Day 4: done
    Day 5: half the time..
    Day 6: really busy, so will need to skip
    Day 7 & 8 : skipped due to guests at home
    Day 9 : done
    Day 10 : done
    Day 11 : done halfway

    Very helpful 👍🤠, the fact that the FIRST 13 minutes i touch my legs and there's a big improvement I can almost feel my bones, covid as affect my body really as a teen (14yearold) and idk how many inches did I lost but I will improve after a week or 2

    Actually my thighs are very fat I'm in 9th so before lockdown I was slim but in lockdown I went to village and I became fat so im starting this 7 days thighs challenge my current thighs are 51 cm so I will share the results with you and I'm going to do this zumba dance once in a day ☺😊

    Day 1 : I felt little hard to do bcoz I was little bit fast but I completed and I was sweating so much so I suggest you should carry a towel with you while doing dance☺😊

    Day 2 : I didn't felt that much hard and I completed it☺😊

    Day3 : I completed it but my hands started paining after completing i checked my thighs and i was 50.9 cm 😄 I can't imagine that it showed results very fast . I losed 1mm in my thighs .yay😄😄 ☺😊

    it is easy to do and enjoyable .....today is my second day of doing this ...didn't observed any changes ..will update after next 2 days

      @@muskan._sharma hi i m doing this exercise from last 2 weeks and 'YES' i can observe a lot of good change ...after doing this for two weeks my thighs and specially buttocks are tightened and toned, this exercise seems easy but it is lot effective ....i hope my feedback could help you Muskan
