Actually my thighs are very fat I'm in 9th so before lockdown I was slim but in lockdown I went to village and I became fat so im starting this 7 days thighs challenge my current thighs are 51 cm so I will share the results with you and I'm going to do this zumba dance once in a day ☺😊 . Day 1 : I felt little hard to do bcoz I was little bit fast but I completed and I was sweating so much so I suggest you should carry a towel with you while doing dance☺😊 . Day 2 : I didn't felt that much hard and I completed it☺😊 . Day3 : I completed it but my hands started paining after completing i checked my thighs and i was 50.9 cm 😄 I can't imagine that it showed results very fast . I losed 1mm in my thighs .yay😄😄 ☺😊
