How do you change markets in postmates?
So you can sign on and deliver in any market, but in order to get on the schedule and qualify for incentives, you need to contact support or contact your community manager and get your market switched.
Rideshare Genius but how do I do that?
because I go to support and it says are you a postmates or a customer...so I choose postmates and it asks me to send an email but I dont change my market
So after you sent the email, what happened?
it sends me a schedule for LA but I want deliveries in long beach
Try filling out a support request this way -> How Can We Help? -> Account Help -> Update Account Details. If they can't help you there, I think it would be best to go into the local office to get it sorted out.

+Bubba Brazil should have something around the size available. Not always the exact vehicle, but something comparable for sure
Rideshare Genius I talked to my local Hertz rental that is an official site for Lyft and Uber he says it's hard to get those midsize Malibus Chrysler 200 Nissan Altima. plus he says it's a free-for-all when getting those rentals
+Bubba Brazil i was able to get Hyundai Elantras and those worked well for me

so, am I mistaken, or is this a video that shows you how to set up profiles by going to a greenlight hub?
+Whitney Meadows ideally in-app support will set up the profiles to your liking, but from my experience, those agents usually refuse to help, so then the Greenlight Hub becomes the only option
Can you chabge your name to a nicknamw or does it have to stay your real name?
I believe you can use a nickname in the Uber app. If you can't find the option, contact support, they'll help you out!
