just ordered it tonight along with some other grip stuff---ive been training my grip hard since january or so and ive found that my grip gets better the more varied implements i use--thats bending nails tearing cards im hub im rt im little big horn sledges all of it together is huge--plus grippers too and eagle claws.........
Sounds like you are going all in on this. Just make sure you are working the extensor muscles in your grip as well. This is often over looked and can lead to injury. If done properly it will help your grip gains exponentially.
Just started grip training 3 months ago its so addictive and fun. Bending steel must be super fun.

Maybe 3lbs two feet across and maybe 7 inches tall. I am not 100% as i an currently moving so it is boxed up

😅 probably true 🙌 the steel ball's(baoding balls) are definitely nice to superset in between. These particular ball's are larger, making them harder to control.
