    I would get bad elbow pain on the inside every time I’d lift weights. Bench press, curls etc would aggravate it. After a month of using these bands the pain is gone. I use these in conjunction with the 1.5 gripper and my forearms look great after about 2 months.
    I do 3 sets of 15 for the gripper and 45 reps of the bands per day. I’m on the yellow bands now. Easy to do anywhere.

    If you work it properly it’s a killer on the extensors. The hand band works👏🏾

    The Expand-Your-Hand Bands are a excellent, worthwhile product. Sure, one could grab some rubber bands or broccoli bands, but you have no way to measure your progress. Ironmind solved the problem with the introduction of their color-coded bands, which provide several progressively heavier bands. Moreover, the bands are wider than standard rubber bands, thus one can move them around the outside the hand a bit to alter how they affect the hands/forearm/elbows. Give them a shot!

      I agree that these bands are better than the ordinary elastic bands you can get anywhere. I just got mine today and they are far better because of the resistance and feel when I use it. I just hope they last a long time before it breaks. I bought an extra set so I can have more just in case.:)

      Kruscher76 Rather expensive rubber bands ! They probably cost 25 cents to make.

      @@99mattdogg I injured my wrist over a month ago using a sandbag. The bands have been great for rehab. I haven't been doing them daily though. More every other day. I just did 101 lb farmer's walks yesterday, so I think I can get back into heavier grip training. Can't wait to close the #2 again!

    I admire Ironmind but unfortunately I got a set of these and one of the white bands came with an imperfection; it was slightly notched at its edge.
    I used it for a few months with enthusiasm, put it away and didn't touch it for more than a year, just found it again in a drawer and on my second rep that white band snapped.
    Honestly, I expected a lot more durability, considering Ironmind's reputation and high price.

    This is the ONLY product where I've found extensive relief from left tennis elbow from heavy lifting continuously exacerbated by curls/bench press.
    The pain is debilitating and kills me when operating the car door or steering wheel. I've found that doing 2-4 sets of 50 reps with the white band for a week is enough to get the elbow pain to go away entirely. I've used these for about two years now (off and on as needed) and they're a great product. I have NO idea who can use the red ones, but I have very strong hands (500+lb RDL no-strap) and I cannot get good extension except for with the green and white bands...some of you all must have BEEFY extensors

    Wow ... I have a long way to go, just got mine in today ... these are a lot harder than they look, i have problems with the green band! I have wimpy extensors, which might be one reason I have tennis elbow.

    Many of you complain about the video. I would rather hear the person or people talk to me rather than yelling and screaming at me. With some off the wall noise, called music, blasting. I think the presentation was excellent.

    I got this at home and i strongly recommend people to buy this product, only thing i dislike about this product is the fact they have no XX weight fact on them like they have on grippers. :(

    • @jonashuovila9287
      @jonashuovila9287 8 років тому

      ***** True, but they should have some kind of basic weight anyway. But what is imtugs?

    • @jonashuovila9287
      @jonashuovila9287 8 років тому

      ***** I saw it now, must be kinda useless item. Why not just use a CoC instead?
      A problem i see with it is that you can train your finger next to thumb solo.
      Then the 2 fingers after that you can train together.
      Then the 2 last fingers you can train together.
      Making the third finger getting trained twice as much as the other fingers. :P

    • @jonashuovila9287
      @jonashuovila9287 8 років тому

      ***** If you want lower resistance so you can do 1 or 2 fingers at time, why not just use the lightest CoC there is and scale up from there?

    • @jonashuovila9287
      @jonashuovila9287 8 років тому

      ***** Could you link to it? All i see on your page is 4 videos which 2 of are about coc and 1 is deadlift.

    • @jonashuovila9287
      @jonashuovila9287 8 років тому +1

      ***** Well if everything goes as planned in 1-2 years i will be able to close CoC 4 36 times in a row in 1 hand and then i should be able to call myself hardcore fanatic but i won't be using IMTUG and 1 of the reason is as u said u don't know the resistance of them so i just rather take a light CoC and train fingers with that.
      That way i save on money, the enviroment, save time, save space and so on.
