    The tomato concasse is made simpler by halving the tomatoes after skinning then using a melon baller to remove centre core and seeds.

    I love the Heart of Palm Cakes and the Walnut-garlic crunch! My non-vegan friends love it too, because it's just yummy food! The walnut-garlic crunch is good on other dishes as well. :-)
