Full recipe & Ingredients:
Bagel dough recipe:
390g flour
270g lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
12g sugar
1 tsp yeast
water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1st rest : 5 mins
2nd rest : 30 mins
3rd rest: 1 hour

Preheated oven at 320C, Bake for 25 mins
