When I get off work at midnight I’m usually starving, so it’s REALLY hard to not run over to a fast food place before going home.😣I do pediatric home health care so it’s touch and go on me eating enough during the shift. You so read my mind!! I definitely need to get outside and walk before my brain knows what I’m doing! 😂
