Hi! I walk too. 11k steps a day. I have only saw a little progress but I also realized I have not been watching my food intake as closely so I started tracking today.

As an RN staff nurse with an assignment of 4 to 5 patients it bothers me when a clinical instructor assigns a student to me……and then the instructor hides in the conference room or break room. I realize I was a student at one time however our instructors were always available to instruct their students With my patient assignment I don’t have time to do my assignment let alone do the instructors job too.

I’ve started walking daily now but plan to transition to a gym routine on 11/15 because I’m starting a new job. I’m trying to “habit stack.” I think that’s what it’s called. You’re so right about 1/1. I NEVER start then. Lol

I can attest as well as a hospital worker. Bedside care is brutal, along with the patient to staff numbers, constant backstabbing and snitching, low pay, it's a cluster f^ck. Im getting out while im still fairly youngish. Hospital work is not worth the pain it does to your soul. Stay strong sister

When I have time, I don't put my grocery list in order of how the store is laid out lol. I get extra steps because I constantly have to backtrack to places I've already been in the store.

Yes, I walk before work, eat lunch then go walking outside to reduce insulin spikes and walk after dinner as well. Total goal 14k to 15k daily.
I currently walk daily 14k to 15k steps. Before work (treadmill) lunch time (outside) and after dinner with family (outside). Lose weight/ get lean and amazing sleep. Avoid Carbs.

I’m trying to lose 70lbs I been working out since June and have gained weight and hadn’t lost weight
You could be gaining muscle. Check your body with your clothes. Is it fitting better?
You need to make sure that you are eating in a caloric deficit. You can’t out work a bad diet or eating in a surplus. The scale should have definitely changed by now. Look up TDEE calculator and reduce by 300-500 from there and you’ll see a difference.
Thank you so much, I watched one of your vídeos and you motivated mentors go on my walk once again, I had fallen off the wagon and couldn’t get back up and I would just sit and binge watch Netflix or youtube. But by watching your videos u mention that you paired walking with walking and let me tell you that I usually just walk for 30 min but I put a video that was 50 minutes long and I walked through the whole video and god a good sweat and it feels great. 🎉❤I got some steps in after a long time. Cuz of you. Thank you so much.
