- In today's live commentary I play as the Pyro using only my Melee Weapon to attack, and the other weapons for only utility. My lineup is the Powerjack, the Detonator/Gas Passer, and the Degreaser. As the title says, this video goes off the rails super hard with some weird stories from my life, and then a ton of bots, and lastly a scam caller at the end. Enjoy!

The Beef Safe Pyro, a variation of the Pyro-Knight off-class, in which he replaces the Thermal Thruster and Back Scratcher for the Detonator and Power Jack. However he must rarely use the Detonator, instead relying on the enemy Pyro's air-blast for mobility. While many in the Team Fortress 2 community are claiming the Beef Safe Pyro is overpowered due to only having one single counter, the Mini-Sentry, Gabe Newell and the Valve team has largely stayed silent on this topic.
I have similar experiences with weird, useless superpowers - I have the ability to know when a timer is about to go off, without looking at it or anything. If I'm cooking food, I'll set the timer for 15 minutes and go and do something else, and at 14 mins 30 seconds, without any frame of reference, I'll get up to go check on the food. I can also do the guess-when-the-toaster-pops thing consistently, even if it's being toasted for an unfamiliar amount of time. Unfortunately any practical application for this power is trumped by the fact timers and clocks exist.

I legitimately came into the comment section expecting to see a few other lamp post destroyers but am somewhat alarmed to see there are no others. I figured it was a regular experience for people just like the laundry machines eating a single sock so you always have an odd number of them. It is nice to know there is at least one other lamp post destroyer in this world although I am not sure what our powers mean. I similarly have broken some 50 or so lamp posts in the last 10 years or so. I haven’t had a 2 for one lamp destruction yet but have broken a few by driving under them. Either way shine on my lamp breaking brother!
Does this power work around other people?
@@insertname8036 some 3 or 4 times I was with someone yes. However it is almost always when I am alone. Also a few times they turn off as I pass under and turn back on when I’m farther down the block. I had one do this a few hours apart once when I went down the block and returned the opposite way a few hours later and it turned off and on both times.

I know he was talking about scam calls a few times in the past few videos and how he interacts with them, but I was NOT ready for one to happen mid video and have it be the funniest scammer interaction I have ever seen, Kitboga and Scammer Payback may be good at wasting the scammers' time but Fatmagic is the king when turning these worthless pieces of shit into entertainment

As someone who regularly plays Melee Pyro, please try out the back scratcher. Two hits deals 162 which surpasses the important damage threshold of being able to 2-shot medics. Furthermore, a crit deals 244 damage, enough to one-shot over-healed Pyros, Max-Head Eyelander Knights, and Full Health Soldiers. The health pack buff significantly increases your survivability when deep behind enemy lines too. You would have got the med pick at 29:55 if you used it.

@@ME0WMERE Powerjack only heals 25 health. With the Backscratcher equipped, even small health packs restore 51 health. So ask yourself, is it easier to eliminate two enemies, or is it easier to touch one small health pack?
Powerjacks downside is also more detrimental than the Back Scratcher. Flank Pyro rarely gets pocketed, so the downside is almost non-existent. But the Powerjack puts you at a disadvantage to every class that can deal bullet damage (which is every class in the game except for Demoman)
The speed from Powerjack is in theory very powerful, but in practice most people underestimate Melee Pyros and do not run. Notice how the medic and Spy both chase the melee Pyro around a corner in this vid? Because of this peculiar tendency, that extra speed is only useful for catching up to players who don't notice you are there.
I like to run Thermal Thruster on my melee Pyro loadout. Detonator is okay but not the best slot for Melee Pyro.

Fatmagic went in on a deal with a demon. In exchange for the ability to call crits in Team Fortress 2 he now has a demon following him taking a day of his life time for each crit like in death note. That's why the lamp posts are breaking whenever he passes them.

That's what I've been saying. People keep thinking Valve needs like a crazy new anti-cheat or database, all they need is one or two human moderators going undercover and banning the bots. It's not even an issue to hire someone, because plenty of veteran TF2 players would happily volunteer to ban bots for free. Mod abuse might become a minor issue, but I'd still prefer mod abuse over bot abuse personally.
I love how your Pyro main story validates the way I play Soldier against Pyros; I intentionally shoot at them like half a second after I would against any other class, it works way too well lmao

Your anecdote about breaking lamps is freaking me out, because I've heard some people say some wild schizo things about electricity that I always laughed at. I've seen multiple people claim that them simply interacting with a mouse/keyboard makes their input laggy, but it doesn't happen when other people use the same computer. They theorize that it has something to do with their the way their 'energy' is interacting with the electricity.
