Most enemies reaching here are already wounded and its easier for sentry to kill them and what is more, they can't heal until they destroy the sentry. If enemy team is infested by medkit-hungry Scouts, than mini-sentry spam should make their behind parts burn even better than some obese wizard Sniper with straight hands
