Very inspiring well balanced and in a positive way exhausting flow! I have found for me that to really feel this effect, I definitely need a standing pose in a flow, and that's great that one is included here!

I do notice that the pace of your class is gentler than a lot of other yoga teachers on youtube and I do appreciate the sense of being able to breathe into poses. I feel it helps me get stronger. I have done a lot of UA-cam yoga these last two years and I have to say that this practice is like none I have ever done. I love the cues that you give. “Loosen your inner ears” and “tighten your outside butt” these are things that truly make all of the difference and most instructors overlook the need for. Tim and company, I loved this "short, strong, sweaty, well rounded" experience. It was nice to have example students who also needed some correction. When you have perfect students (other professionals with social media followings) it's hard for me to see what I am doing wrong. Your voice instructions are really helpful, but having students who need correction in the same way I do is awesome. You wouldn't want a 60 year old white guy with tight hamstrings in one of your videos would you, Tim? I am rested and ready.

I love this class, one of my all time favorites for sure.
it’s also great to see sometimes that people have different strengths and flexibility , and not everyone could hold a straight leg out standing on the other one :) it used to be visible by default in yoga class, but in online classes we tend to see only the teacher. thanks so much for showing it with different people!
