    This is my first time doing this meditation. It is quite different from the others I've used so far. As with all of them...they are so comforting and calming. They all help me feel safe and support me through my depression/anxiety and my grief for my brother. Just hearing your voice makes me feel more peaceful. Thank you for helping me begin to heal. Your sharing of your gift is a continual blessing.♥️

    Thank you for another soothing meditations! I suffer (at times severely) from anxiety and these meditations help temper it. One of my main goals this year is to work on my mental health so I can live life more fully. I'm trying nonmedical options and medication (with the help of a psychiatrist) to see what works for me! Am hopeful that this year I will find the right combination for me.

    With this meditation I can picture myself sitting where the picture above is showing us. 💆🏽‍♀️ Sitting in comfortable and warm clothes to shield from the wind or strong breeze, just enjoying the view, feeling and smelling mother earth, and having no obligations, responsibilities, and worries. I'm calm, feel inner peace at the moment and am relaxed. My body is less tense and my pain is managable with breathing and nature.
    Thank you for a good night's sleep. 🙏🏽 So very appreciated. 💖
