    I feel so relieved after this meditation... Lately I've had so much problems in my life, but after trying this 1 hour session out, I felt truly happy first time this month.

    This meditation cause me immense pain over imagining what I want to be and knowing that is not possible..
    It causes me so much stress and sadness.
    I’m not criticizing I’m just saying how I feel. I wish I could get some positive thoughts from this but imagining myself strong and happy and healthy cause me so much heartache.
    I wish everyone listening to heal!
