Dark Souls lore vids are really fascinating and that the community dedicates so much to them is an example of the quality of the game and fanbase. I appreciate the work you guys put into your work because i just cant seem to get enough of DS content since i first picked up the games a year ago, so thanks and congrats on the subs. From Soft actually depends on us to ask questions and then suss out the answers ourselves so all the lore/theory debates on forums and UA-cam actually help mold the game, that's just cool. If you're interested i just saw a vid about DS called "Critical Close-up: Dark Souls" by a channel called Super Bunnyhop, where he discusses why the Souls/Borne series hit a cord with so many ppl, he also has an interesting vid on the Evolution of Dark Souls Level Design that i found really interesting

Congratulations! I really love how Dark Souls brought out such talented and cool people into UA-cam. Maybe, when Dark Souls officially ends, we will see more creative and liberating projects from you. I can see the change to video essays and, I am hoping, lore from other games. You mentioned the idea of a map of the Dark Souls world (that would be fantastic). Maybe, you can do pre-Dark Souls 3 and during DS3 because of the lands converging (two separate maps).
I hope so. As long as people are interested, I will get to work on those.

I think one of the issues with Hawkshaw not getting the exposure like you is that one he doesn't upload as frequent as you and two is talking almost solely about DS1. If he released his content back in the day his exposure would be a different story IMO, he really needs to branch out to other series and possibly the new IP From Software does if it has lore like the Soulsborne seires. Congrats on getting this far Mitch, look forward to some of the other games you're going to cover that I haven't played.

Have you ever seen gehrmans eyes, they are mushy and diluted...beast like almost. His left leg is cut off, in a vain attempt to stop the scourge. I think many have missed that in their videos, i would like to hear your opinion on that please thank you.

Thanks man... if you look at gehrman before he fights you, he is your size in his chair, but almost twice the size during the fight. Humans don't do that. I think he is repressing beasthood, even until his death, that may explain why he appears in the nightmare, he might be blood drunk...
