Great question! In my opinion, you can absolutely mix and match depending on your needs and interests, so don't feel a need to go in any particular order. Listen to your body and yourself - sounds to me like you already are!

Such a good question Eva! There isn't a real clear answer on this one. Personally I like to think of it as white because I just associate that as a "pure" color at the top of the color scale, but I'd say it's a personal preference as to which of the two you prefer to visualize, particularly if this is a chakra you like to meditate on.

Personally I like to think of it as white because I just associate that as a "pure" color at the top of the color scale, but I'd say it's a personal preference as to which of the two you prefer to visualize, particularly if this is a chakra you like to meditate on.
