Every single day I would go outside and feel some type of way.i was also smoking marijuana but still I never felt those feelings before and it stayed until I got into a relationship that was not for me.. Me thinking back on it makes me think maybe this had something to do with it so thank you Veladya!

Finally people are doing something productive in their lives.
There is actually 114 'chakras' but you can only access 108 but really they are often called meridians. Two are completely out of your body and they are often called the earth star and soul star. There are also ones in your hands and fingers and every single gland matches with a chakra, the thymus is teal and it's pretty important. Chakras cannot be overactive, that is a jape. Instead chakra's are disproportionately active, if one is "overactive" you need to focus on the surrounding two.

Just to clear up the misunderstanding about where to start with the chakra activation's. In my opinion. I know you guys have heard of the phrase you have to love yourself before you can love others. now, the lower three chakra's (Root, Sacral, Solar plexus) deal with you knowing and loving yourself for who you are and being unapologetic about it, the three on top of those (Heart, Throat, Third eye) are about loving others/things wholeheartedly and being able to express those feelings truly and develop a deep intuition and acceptance of everything around you. the crown chakra in my understanding is the higher self free from matter and deep in spirit. It fuses all the chakra's together. With all that being said i believe the development of the root should be first, that's what seems right to me. look at a tree, it grounds itself before it shoots up ❤❤ that's just my take on it. thanks for reading, I love you

In my yoga teacher training I was taught that the best/easiest way to truly FEEL and understand the chakras within your body is to listen to different songs and see how your body reacts. Ever hear a sad song and you feel a pulsing in your chest (aka the heart center)? Or listen to a sexy song and all of a sudden your hips start swinging and you’re feelin juicy in your pelvic region? What is it that you’re actually feeling? You’re feeling an energy center at work (aka your chakras!). You may feel multiple chakras in one song. (Fun fact: bob marley hits all 7 of the chakra feels). For all you skeptics, try throwing on some tunes and see if/where you feel the energy!!

I have a 6ft mirror and I love to stare at myself until I become really relaxed and I’m able to see my chakras. I don’t see colors but I see translucent orbs of all sizes. Sometimes they’re off center. What I do is use my hands to move them back to center and make them all the same size. It’s so cool. I even see spirits and orbs floating behind and above me lol. All my chakras are open, it took me 6 months to get them all. The third eye chakras was life changing and very special for me
To go trough the heart chakra you gotta go vegetarian, i don’t think it’s possible to open the third eye chakra and the crown chakra if you still eating meat or processed food 🌱 cause it’s blocking it to open 🌙✨

Think about it, if you believe in all spirit well being and meditate to the universe, you totally missed God. Anything you do for spirituality and it has no reverence to God, it's a miss. I have recently gotten really good with plants, this is something I never had before. Connecting to the dirt and plant itself, helping it grow, taking care of them and watching them flourish has really helped me. They make me feel good. Surrounding myself with more green plants! 💚
Sane, I was a proud self-proclaimed non-green thumb I would jokingly say don't buy Me flowers buy Me a cactus. But lately I've been drawn to gardening and growing plants, currently doing research on starting a herb garden!
I hallucinat a lot and when my children were small I would have the most scariest nightmares you could imagine, I am not a Christian I'm a melanated spiritual woman, I recently lost a child and have been working on my hart chakra, watching this I see my hart chakra is over active, please help- Peace and love
Actually when a chakra is over active you are not supposed to dampen it as that is going backwards but instead to open the ones next to it and sometimes to put black with it.

There are lots of spirits in the unseen world, good and bad, hell we know fallen angels are amongst us on earth. Why dont you give supplication to God and tune into him, that way he can guide and protect you thru these crises and uncertainties your going through. God can do nothing if you dont will him in your life, that's the power of a will. Meditation chakra, is the same as praying, Except your doing it without reverence to God.

I'm interested in connecting with the curiosity I have for spirituality and the practice of it, like chakras and reiki. It's interesting that there are different parts of the world have nurtured this knowledge and practice. India is a Southeast Asian country, so it is Asian. When people think about Asian countries, they usually think Korea and Japan. Those are East Asian countries. Just wanted to offer a gentle clarification. I was so much more aligned when I was younger. It's like the older I get, the more out of whack things get.
Enjoy your youth! It's the best time of your life and you'll never get this time back again. Old people told me that when I was young, but I never took it seriously. Now that I'm 36, I understand what they meant and I'd do darn near anything to go back in time so I could try again and not mess up my life so bad. But there's no re-do's in life, so we've gotta make the best of the time we have. So please enjoy your younger years. Have fun and make good decisions to help yourself in your future. 💙💜💙

Well, I wish I would've had more fun instead of always worrying about everything. That's probably my biggest regret. Because when you get older, life is much more serious. I should've enjoyed the carefree time when I could've.
Also, I regret working so much when I was young and didn't even have bills, because I couldn't spend much time with friends and family since I was always working. I missed a lot of family holidays due to work. Now I'm 36 and I don't have my family anymore, so I wish I would've had more time with them. You have your entire adult life to work, so have fun while you can.
I also regret not taking school more seriously. I knew my mom as a single parent couldn't afford to send me to college, so I blew off school. Instead, I should've gone to tech school and learned a skill. That would've really helped me throughout the rest of my life.
I regret being so shy, being ashamed of my body and not realizing how beautiful I was. As you age, you get wrinkles, aches and pains, your vision and hearing gets worse, you get dental issues, etc. I would never go swimming or go to prom because I didn't want to be seen in a bathing suit or a dress. I thought I was fat and ugly, I hated my face and my hair. But it was all in my head, because I was beautiful. I wish I could've seen in myself what others saw. But being so self-conscious would've made a big difference for me. I should've accepted myself as I was, because there was nothing wrong with me. I thought I was ugly because I didn't look like a model or women in magazines. As I got older, I realized most of those pictures are heavily edited and no one really looks that good. I was always trying to make myself into someone else, but the real me was wonderful already. Now I'm getting older and I have some health issues, I had a car accident that scared my face, I have long-term health effects from malnutrition caused by starving myself as a teenager trying to be thin, I just didn't take care of myself and it shows.
So I have a lot of regrets. If I could go back and start all over again, I'd do a lot of things differently.

Honestly, I don't believe that this is necessarily connected to anything spiritual or 'greater' but I still think you can learn a lot about yourself through this sort of thinking. it's a really good way to visualize your emotions whether or not you believe it's real. I like how this video sort of explains the chakras in a way that can apply to people who fall into either camp.
