    You buying this Tahoe was the best thing that ever happened to it lol. It was so neglected before, now look at it. Getting foam cannon baths in February.

    You got my vote for the ceramic coating on this one. I’m subscribed just for the truck. Such a common vehicle. I’ve had 3! Currently on my 02 Denali.

    Love the tahoe man! The mid 2000s was the end of an era for GM. After 2006 things just started going down hill. The bailout in 2008, product quality has gone downhill majorly, laying off workers. Most importantly, the reliability of their vehicles. These old 5.3 vortecs are good engines though. Keep up the awesome videos! I can see you hitting 50k before the years end at this rate

      D F Couldn't said this better myself. Was looking at 07-11 with 4WD. Seem as if it was almost nonexistent. Learned my lesson to just stay with the older models for sure. Also to add, seeing more of the earlier models than the most current on the road really gave me a reason to stick with the 00-06 models. And like ya said liability of these vehicles is everything.

    Damm your Tahoe has come a long way, I remember when you first put plates on it, total transformation you did, is this something you drive for the winter because I would not bring myself to drive something that clean, these trucks just rot right out and people still sell them for rediculous prices sometimes, and would you ever consider getting a 95-99 Tahoe to do the same as this?

    Hey Matt, 2 things:
    I always take my truck to the car wash shortly after driving it in the show, usually once the roads dry up, to get a chassis bath. It's very important I learned the hard way. Otherwise you will have a rust bucket.
    What makes that pressure washer a foam Cannon? I see 4 tanks and that bottle hanging of the wand? I have a small electric pressure washer, I would like to convert it. How do I do that??

    • @lsxmatt
      @lsxmatt  5 років тому +1

      All you need is the bottle with the nozzle on the end of the wand. You can use any pressure washer. I linked the cannon attachment in the description.

I know it scratched my cquartz finest reserve coated car as it was the only thing that touched my paint in my wash process. Not gonna recommend something I don’t use. Been using the snow foam soap for years. I’ve used turtle wax, mothers, and meguiars soaps in the past, and all of them foamed up like garbage.

  • @stephenhorwood7057

    You Americans use the foam cannon totally wrong...it's used as a prewash!!! Not a main wash...foam the car,leave for 5-10 mins,pressure wash off to remove 99% of the crap...then do a contact wash...if you need a grit guard and 2 buckets,you ain't done your prewash correctly imho a rinse with a garden hose isn't gonna remove anything..no wonder all that crap was in the buckets after haha apart from that love your uploads.
