Thank you for this wonderful class. I do your 20 minutes classes every morning and really enjoy moving towards "intermediate" level, even though I cant do the more advanced poses like headstand (yet). But in general: more of those intermediate 20 min morning classes please! :) They are a great start for the day! And in general: A warm thank you for all your wonderful work! I love starting my days with your sessions! (and I really appreciate that you keep things calm and natural, without any fancy trailers for your videos or without you selling your outfits or weightloss drinks or what not!)
Sometimes I think Ive reached intermediate practice and then a HUMBLING flow like this reminds me that low-intermediate or high-beginner is still okay. Despite my struggles, what a fun flow, thank you!
Thank you! It’s nice having the videos split for beginners and intermediate because this was BRUTAL! Omg thank you, a nice happy Mother’s Day to me!! …….. and happy Mother’s Day to all the yogi moms 🧘♀️ I love when my arms are trembling by the end! And sweating. lol.
Thank you so much for the amazing class! That was very hard for me but i tried my best. I am proud of what I was able to do for now. Sending love! Can’t wait for the 30 day challenge!😊
i told you when you had 24 k you'd get to a million soon! now half a million! well done. great class love these. not enough online intermediates that are genuinely intermediate. thanks.
Flying splits and head stand was fun! Love the pace and meditations are always a pleasure at the end, thank you for this Charlie you are appreciated 🙏 🤙🕊❤️🔥
Thank you for your videos. Always with wonderful landscapes, surrounded by peace, sounds, accompanied by your soothing voice. And you explain very well 😊 Saludos desde España
as a yoga teacher myself your classes have helped me stay accountable to my own practice. love and gratitude for you charlie!! could i ask where do you get your yogi clothes? looks so soft!
The standing split to extended hold in side plank with outstretched leg was the high point for me in this class, I felt so strong. Can’t seem to shift my weight forward in flying splits, back leg can’t seem to lift up although it can do so on one side but with the left leg pointing to the right.
I was fortunate enough to have extra time today, so I did this practice followed by the next practice in the weekly plan. Moving from this faster practice to the slower and more deliberate process of the next one was a lot of fun. It made me wonder if you've ever done a loger fast/slow themed video? Could be interesting.
Hola lovely Charlie! Thanks for this new practice: it was a 💯 start to our day; fun & quite hard💪🙌 Can't WAIT to start yr June Challenge ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍 from Andorra 💃
Thank u very much for the dynamic flow, though with the headstand the pace seemed to be to fast (as I’m just going into headstands it takes more time and concentration, no mentioning that I hv to rush myself to the wall for the emotional support 😂😂😂). I remember flying splits from the summer challenge but it wasn’t doable due to the absence of space, I hit everything around and eventually just fell down but was fun anyway… thank u 🙏 I wish a great day to everyone!
Great flow as usual. I followed your lead and did my practice outside today (tons of spiders and bugs😅) looking forward to the june challenge 😊 Thank you as always 😊
Great workout! Technical question: in flying split, should the other arm (not the one supporting the front leg) be on the side of your body so that the back leg is unsupported, or should it provide more support and be located under the hip and stomach? (I can do it if i slide the elbow under the hip, but you look like you keep it on the side of your body, not under it).
Hey thank you for your question, I've seen this both done both ways, with the arm supporting you and without. If having the arm supporting you is helpful then there's nothing wrong with doing it that way.
Charlie, could you release a class focused on hips internal rotation. One that would be all-weight friendly (as much as possible)? I am looking for a go-to class focused in stretching that area. Thank you!
My cat was like you are in locust so let me get on your back and knead your butt 😂. Extra challenge for that locust. Haha, loved this practice Charlie, and the cat also ❤😻
Hello friends I hope you enjoy this power flow and can’t wait to share the new challenge with you ☺️
Today I learned that I'm not actuallhy intermediate in yoga 😅😂
This was great! Thank you, Charlie. Perfect timing for your 30 day yoga challenge!

I love your intermediate flows. You’ve hit on a perfect formula of nature, good hard flows, and voice
