Hello friends, I hope you enjoyed this class? I tried to introduce new movements and then build them into flows so that you become more familiar and can make the practice your own. I hope you enjoy it 🙏
THIS WAS SO FUN!!! This is the first video of yours that I've watched, and I wish I found you earlier! And the fact that you took the time to do a substantial wrist warm up is perfect. I think the procession of all the movements were great, and I will definitely be watching many more of your videos in the future!
AHA! The secret to Animal Flow - and Anything that's worthwhile in Life! - is in the DOing!!! I've been doing Animal Flow routines for about 3 months and I swear by the benefits I've acquired by simply Starting with what I can DO! Start DOing!!! peace 🕊️
This was challenging in the best way possible! Took many breaks in between but did it! Would love to see a 30 day challenge based on primal/animal flow!
I think it's a sort of neural "use it or lose it" thing! The less you move, the less you feel capable of moving. The more you engage your body, the more alive it feels. More signals, more awareness, more capability. It's like you're breathing life into your body, really waking up and exciting all these pathways. Then I imagine there are all kinds of hormonal side effects too. It's such a good feeling!
That because primal movement, awake all nerves and muscle that animals use and human lost, the energy lost woke up and keep available for human body. Remember once human were animal, we forget because the mind took over. Animal body dont waste energy, it all used in living in wild.
What an unexpectedly spicy and fun flow! Challenging and motivating. Would love a longer animal flow / more in depth one at one point! Brilliant!! Thank you!
Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate your thanks 🙏 I will do my best to do a longer one of these, they are quite physically demanding so I will see how I can make it more manageable for a longer amount of this.
SPICY!! My quads were like NOPE, so I had to stop for a bit while all the jumping continued. I'll be coming back to this one till it doesn't kill me in the process.
I felt the same. I really appreciate this video and I'm grateful to Charlie, but I think the exercises go faster to demanding positions for knees before they are warmed up, and I thought the streching would be lighter in the previous movements.
I must say - it was total fun. I really enjoyed it. Well, that doesn't mean that I have enjoyed less in the rest of your classes but this class, this was full of fun. However, I wanted to say but was postponing from these many months that - THANK YOU CHARLIE, and also that for 10 months I've been enjoying yoga under your guidance. You are a positive person and practicing yoga, even virtually, with you leaves me with a positive energy. So again, THANK YOU for taking this initiative to guide us through the UA-cam channel. ✨
Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely comment, I am sending you a big hug from afar. It's a pleasure to know that you have been practicing with me so consistently, thank you for that and again for sharing your experience 🙏
As I get older, turning 65 next month, I use more and more of these movements to still get my blood and heart going but to also avoid injury that I can expose myself to with heavy weights. I do still like to lift once or twice a week. With these kinds of movements, I can move at my own pace and just let gravity do its work. I love this series or movements, thank you so much.
"The problem was with my patience" I used to feel captivated looking at your videos whenever it showed up in my YT feeds, untill today. I thought of giving it a try, and I succeeded. I was in all sweat in first 10 minutes of this video. Thank you Charlie for making it free for me(us).
This was very well explained and I like how a complete beginner can follow along at a slow pace the practice so as not to end up hurting the knee joints by trying to go fast with the danger if twisting the knee caps. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic flow. I'm just getting into animal flow after doing yoga for a few years. Was trying to get into bodyweight exercises like pistol squat progressions, but honestly, I find counting reps boring and can't motivate myself past a few weeks. This was a great introduction to the practice :)
You're a wonderful, crystal clear, generous teacher. I'm 72. Fit in my own variation. JUST tried and did all of this but staccato i.e. stop/start going back to the video within and at the end of each section. Fab... so well presented. Thank you X I
As a martial artist and weightlifter went in thinking this was easy first video done and I can definitely i am feeling it wrists and legs. I'm really going to enjoy more of her videos as I wanted to use this as an alternative to weightlifting and I can definitely say this will not only benefit my martial arts by everyday life as well. Awesome video and beautiful instructions real passion and love, and to everyone who may you all be blessed
YES!!! Loved this class. It was so fun and challenging. Sometimes I need a class where I'm like I need a break. You delivered again!!! Sending you tons of love and appreciation ❤❤❤
Thank you so much! I was so happy to read that you thought I delivered, I always hope the classes meet peoples expectations so this was a big boost for me 🙏
This is so much fun!! My legs are on 🔥. But I thoroughly enjoyed this flow! This was really creative Charlie!! Have a wonderful week ahead. Take care. ❤
20 min is a bit short for me, but I absolute love these animal flow workouts. I'm so tight through the hips I struggle with a lot of movements in yoga (and martial arts) but I have also learned to cheat them a bit. This workout gets down into that deep mobility and flexibility of both the hip and shoulder girdles and it's so incredibly refreshing to feel these loosen up as the workout goes on. Especially since I sit large parts of the day in front of a computer, this really helps to undo some of that too! Please do more of these
This was one of the most amazing & fulfilling Animal Flow Primal Movements practice I’ve do ever Charlie!! I particularly loved the loaded beast-downward dog-wild thing-piston squat-crab transition. I am getting a little more creative & wondering what if you also added a reverse crab reach or even a wheel within this transition. Overall loved this session from one of my favourite instructors 🩵👩🏻🖤🍑💋👌🏻💪🏻🙏🏻✨♾️Just can’t get enough of you & your practices
This was wild❤if your doing Yoga for a long time your craving something different from time to time. This was a perfect challenge and also so much fun😊❤thank you so much!!
What a fantastically, creative flow to channel that in her beast! I feel like I could go frolic with the animals outside now lol… Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏽
I love your animal flows! They're my absolute favorite videos, and I enjoy the compound movements a lot because they give me a sense of accomplishment, along with the exercise. I did have to pause the video three times to catch my breath, but that just motivates me to try again and again until I get it right! 😁 Thank you for your lovely instruction.
Thank you so much for being so positive about the many challenges in this class. I know it can be disheartening when we don't get it first time but I'm so happy to read that it just motivates you to keep going. Thank you for sharing your positivity 🙏
Dear Charlie, I found your channel, and I Love it! I start my day first by doing one of your videos! What I really appreciate about your yoga workouts is they incorporate the triangle postures, and they are a bit mire creative than other yoga flows that I've done. Thank you for such a unique yoga experience, safe, and thorough!!! My body feels strong and flexible afterwards. Thank you!!!! PS, I know this is not a typical yoga video, more animal flow. I just wanted to leave my comment somewhere in any one of your videos. 😊
Didn’t know yoga also tones up your voice and makes ur narration so enchanting 👌🏼and your not completely running out of ur breath. Doing yoga while still having complete control over you tonality. Amazing
Thanks Charlie! Got a bit sweaty on this chilly morning. Sequence was challenging but not as ‘bad’ as i suspected… :-D given other animal flows, some of which were way above my belt level. I appreciated your gradual induction.
My first ever animal flow video! Eveb coming from a yoga back ground i found it challenging, yet theres something very natural and satisfying about moving in this way! Part of my move into a more primal, ancestral way of living after years of chronic illness.. Feeling intouch with my inner animal! Cant wait to see the results after a while of consistency! 😊
it was something new and special. now I am lying on the floor in the paddle of my sweat, hot and happy. It's the hot end of the summer, and the air is 27 degrees Celsius. I feel full of life.
oh wow !! that was intense- done animal flows in the past but this was a little more intense and concentrated - the new movements added more loading to the legs - definitely legs on 🔥
This one was surprisingly hard, but needed! Struggled to follow some of the movements, but sure it would be easier if I did the video again. I'm proper sweaty now!
Charlie!!! That was so much fun, I'm gonna do it again tomorrow! Thank you so much! 💓 I hope you have a wonderful week! Thanks for always brightening my days with your practices 😊
I've been searching for something like this for a while now. Once a week I was doing a stretch 30 min session and was looking for an alternative. Thank you for this!
Thank you 4this amazing practice! Over the years practicing with you i have evolved so much, arm balances that i couldnt do, now i can. flexibility that i had little now I have way more! And this flow was amazing too! Thank you Charlie❤
I do exercise regularly just to stay fit. I do all mix kind of exercises...like free hand push pull and legs, yoga, flows...I came through this video last week and had downloaded as I want to try once. I am interested in animal flow currently and have been searching and digging in you tube to learn it. I tried today and swear this flow was so challenging and fun at the same time. I loved it...thank you. I will dig more in your videos now. Ur amazing...❤🤟
Loved watching it but dropped out at the mini handstands. Too much for a 71-yr old retired GP! Back to the beginners classes but perhaps one day… Great channel - thank you!
Great video. It's beyond me at the level I'm at now, but I'll get there soon. I like this idea of "animal movement". People are made to be moving a lot more than us moderns do.
Wow such an amazing flow challenge!! I started sweating in first 11 mins of the flow!!! I usually don't sweat so often, This was so fun to do!!!Amazing love for you do!!Looking for more fun content like this!!!😍

Difficult for me, my legs on fire ;)
Love it 😃👍👍
Look’s easy but not, my legs full pumped after this, great 👍

I love the pace, please do more! This was great
This proves that it’s ok to keep searching UA-cam for videos because after so long I’m just seeing this ..way better than static stretching.
AHA! The secret to Animal Flow - and Anything that's worthwhile in Life! - is in the DOing!!! I've been doing Animal Flow routines for about 3 months and I swear by the benefits I've acquired by simply Starting with what I can DO! Start DOing!!! peace 🕊️
Wow! Beast is what this practice is! Great challenge! Anyone who says you can’t get your heart rate up doing yoga, hasn’t done this class. Thank you!
So true! Thank you for sticking with me through the challenging parts 😊
This was challenging in the best way possible! Took many breaks in between but did it!
Would love to see a 30 day challenge based on primal/animal flow!
I don't know why but animal movement flow makes me feel incredibly energized 🙃🙃
Same here I feel in touch with my body during/after

Hi Charlie, I'm loving your yoga but loving your animal flows more. Please add more like this!
So fun! I’d love a longer form of this with slow yoga-like into and outro but with these types of movements as peak!
That sounds like a great workout!!!!
Definitely agree!!!
Yes, thank you! Great flow and challenge…🎉

Hii.. she is amazing for sure ! But one thing that i wanted to know is is it helpful in loosing weight ?!
As I get older, turning 65 next month, I use more and more of these movements to still get my blood and heart going but to also avoid injury that I can expose myself to with heavy weights. That was a super fun flow! I've done Animal Flow before, but this was the funnest.
This was very well explained and I like how a complete beginner can follow along at a slow pace the practice so as not to end up hurting the knee joints by trying to go fast with the danger if twisting the knee caps.
Thank you
Thank you Charlie for making me fall in love with Yoga Practise again. Your classes make my mornings. Sending you blessings!
Today's trainer, Shad Shad, it was really great. My back muscles had spasms since the day before. Today's movements made my muscles free. Thank you.
Immediately took out my mat when i see this new animal flow. It is so fun, i feel a lot inner wilderness from me. And of course a sore leg😂
Thank you so much for jumping straight on your mat when you saw this 😊
"Inner wilderness"?!? I sooo love this description!
Absolutely fantastic flow. I'm just getting into animal flow after doing yoga for a few years. How awesome to be able & willing to try it at 71!!
U can slow down the playback speed & also modify moves to an appropriate level for U.
Keep kicking butt in your videos. I really love the videos, Charlie ❤️😊
Thank you so much ☺️
Great video. It's beyond me at the level I'm at now, but I'll get there soon. I like this idea of "animal movement". People are made to be moving a lot more than us moderns do.
Wow such an amazing flow challenge!! I started sweating in first 11 mins of the flow!!! I usually don't sweat so often, This was so fun to do!!!Amazing love for you do!!Looking for more fun content like this!!!😍
U do meditation?
My animal flow.. challenging but fun! Oh man what a work out!❤😂🎉😅😊
Hehe it's definitely a challenging one, thanks for joining me 😊
Your animal flows are the best, Thanks Charlie
That was the slowest and shortest yet sweatiest workout. ❤ I didn't know that could exist in the same sentence! 🎉❤🎉
What a fantastic flow. I didn’t expect to have to pause so often 😀
nice sequence; I'm 2 weeks into animal movements - excellent low stress workout!
This was a lot of fun, thanks for guiding us through this!
Love these! They are quite challenging for me yet I feel so bad ass afterwords!
Very good instruction. Thank you.
Thank you Charlie for this animal flow!
This was so great! Thank You soo much for this practice.❤
Thanks to you! 🙏 I love this animal flow practice 🥰
Do you have or will you have other animal flows' vidéos?
This was so fun! And also challenging, had to stop twice to catch my breath. Guess I'll just have to do it again and again, until it feels easy! ;)
Thank you so much ! Already have a lot energy for my Sunday !!!
