Hey people I need some advice, I am 17, multiple sport high school athlete and I have been taking my nutrition and training seriously for a while now. I have really good developed abs, thanks to this channel I have change my eating habits. However I am still a child and I really want to not give a fuck on Halloween and eat as much candy as I want. Is this a bad decision or am I simply being hard on myself? My fear is that I will mess up everything and start bad habits again. Anyone has something to say I would love to hear it, thanks✌️
Your young and it’s Halloween! Have fun and enjoy it, u may feel like crap the next day from all the sugar but remember to drink plenty of water the next day and get right back into the training. Huge respect for working on urself dog
If you have a doubt that you may return to bad habits, don't screw it. Gaining good habits are really not easy while there are plenty unhealthy and bad habits surrounding us. Keep up the good work!
ima just say try not to go bananas on the candy you can eat some youl feel like shit if you eat too much and that bad habit thing is at a high chance if u really want to go for it but i would recommend to stay away from it like im around your age and im on a strict ass diet but i still eat some candy every while or so but i feel like im going to hard on it so just i wouldnt eat too much
Ima say something else if u been doing this for a short time fuck it go in for a bit of candy but still maintain if u been doing this for long and u really care about your progress i wouldn't eat much just a couple of pieces yes this is very strict but candy is addicting and this is my advice
Eat all the candy you want, just exercise a little bit more the next day. If you have kept up good habits for a while then you deserve this! Have a fun Halloween
