G'day C J, those bibles look absolutely gorgeous. Those red accents on the Chapter numbers etc are simply stunning and the font size is very reasonable, even for most ageing eyes. Thanks for another thorough review.

My eyes are decent but enjoy med-large print (10ish) and find this one really nice. The red is a tad lighter than some (at least in the KJV), but still easy reading.
As someone who owns many Bibles expensive and inexpensive these Sovereign Collection
Bibles are some of the best deals you can get for the money and quality. I can name many Bibles that cost 3 to 4 times as much as these that are not as nice in terms of quality and features. Both of these can be purchased for around $25 to $30 bucks. Great video and review.

Have the KJV sovereign now trying to resist picking up a NKJ as well. Totally agree about the red on red accents. Have you noticed if NKJ red is darker at all? Seems to be the case with Thomas Nelson that the NKJ is a liiiittle darker sometimes. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your kind comment and question! Unfortunately I cannot answer that as I don't currently have them in my possession anymore. However, the covers are made of the same material which is a bit stiff than leather and it has a vinyl liner, which means it won't say open at the beginning, but as you go more towards the middle, they should stay open just fine.
